Surfers shack - peaceful & minutes walk to the beach in stunning Nambucca

Simple luxuries in this two bedroom mid-century modern feel beach house. Originally designed and built by an architect as his holiday home, the open-plan, hardwood floored double block home has deep eaves and the perfect aspect to catch the breeze and sounds of the ocean waves. The kitchen with breakfast bar flows into the dining and living area, which opens right up onto the large private deck.
The lounge easily seats six, as does the indoor dining table, with space for eight on the table outside on the deck.

There's two cozy bedrooms, one with a queen bed and lovely green views, and another with two single beds, one which trundles away to give more floor space. We are surrounded by reserve & trees generally, with the green setting comes some Australian wildlife.
Wifi included but it's much nicer to watch the kookaburras and listen to the beach instead of YouTube!

A BBQ & firepit complete the relaxed beach holiday feel.

Small to medium or less active older dogs welcome, the fenced outdoor area is the deck and a small grassed area with a fence approx 70cm high.
