The host was awesome! Always there to answer questions and help where needed. The house was amazing! Lots of things to do for families! This was important to us. The game room was great Bedrooms were top notch! All of these things were very important to us. We are already making plans to stay there again

Great location, beautiful view and very comfortable house!

Loved the view of the lake. The New Years Eve fireworks could be seen out the picture windows looking out on the lake! This is a beautiful house with great bathrooms and lots of kitchen stuff to use (cooking pots, pans and eating dishes). Good dishwasher and lots of hot water for everyone's showers! The only thing that was off was the size of the main living room TV (maybe 55 inches). With the living area and open kitchen I caught myself straining to see the TV (not a deal breaker). Comfortable beds and decent towels and washcloths. Have already rented for next year! Family of 12 loved the Cloudveil!

The house was clean and in good shape. My concerns were we were supposed to check in at 4:00. We had a show we were going to and wanted to unload our stuff before the show. If we could have checked in at 4:00 that would have worked. We received multiple messages saying you can’t check in early and you have to been out by 10:00. We arrived at 4:00 and they were still cleaning the house. At 4:30 they said we could come in they just needed to clean the floors on the lower level and upper level. We had a show to go see so we brought in our stuff and left. They drained all the water from the hot tub and were filling it up at 4:00. Needless to say you couldn’t use the hot tub. We checked it at 10:00 when we got back from a show and it was at 76 degrees. I feel like if the hot tub needed to be drained why not do that at 10:00 when the other guests have left and fill it up that way it would be ready for the next guest. If your adamant about check in time which I understand then why not have it ready for the guest at that time.

Beautiful property on the lake!! House is AMAZING and has so many amenities and bathrooms for everyone! Washer and dryer on two different levels. Hot tub, fireplace on the deck. Beth was so responsive and answered any questions I had before the trip and while we were there immediately. Great property and great host!!!!!

5 SuperStar experience!

Beautiful new home that is absolutely amazing! Loved the view! Fully stocked!. We loved the double washer/dryer for all beach towels! My 89 year old Mom loved the plush towels and it was easy to navigate house with wheelchair. Pool table was a favorite for my kids and fun area to hang out downstairs. Beth was super responsive and positive throughout the whole process! I highly recommend this house for family getaways.

Best rental house ever!

This property was hands down the nicest home we’ve ever stayed in, and we can’t wait to come back! Upon arrival it was everything the photos showed and more, which is hard to believe! It was stocked with plenty of: dishes, silverware, cups, towels, blankets. The furniture and decor were the BEST! Some of our favorite added touches were the pump soaps near each sink, the make-up towels, the throw blankets, the extra ice maker, and the outdoor living space! We had planned to dine out on our stay, but the home was so comfortable we wanted to stay in and cook! Thank you for sharing this amazing home with our families for our annual Lake Trip!

Absolutely Amazing!!

Where do I start! Booking was so welcoming and loved that had recommendations for stores and restaurants near by. The house was incredibly beautiful!!! The designer did an amazing job with every little detail! ( Being a designer myself I noticed every square inch) Most rentals have a few cooking essentials but NO this one is fully stocked with anything you may need. BUT THE VIEW IS STUNNING!!! I could just sit outside all day well typically you could sit inside and still have an amazing view!!! Definitely the BEST rental house and rental company I’ve rent from. We even ended up coming a day early and Beth was so sweet to have it ready for us. We have the BEST time and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a rental. Thank you so very much for a wonderful stay! No one wanted to leave!

Very beautiful and spacious home with fabulous lakeview. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds, great hot tub, pool table, video games and plentiful outdoor seating. Our group of eight never felt cramped. Would rent this home again.

Beth's Breakaways offers vacation home rentals in Branson, Missouri. We started our business in 2007, doing just what you are doing, looking for that perfect spot for your next vacation. I had picked the busiest week of the year, called and called, and emailed, and couldn't find a house available for our stay. So out of frustration, I said I was going to go down and buy a house and rent it out. So that is where it all started. And I couldn't be happier with that decision. We now either own or manage many vacation rental properties in the Branson area ranging in size from 2 to 12 bedrooms. I have had the amazing privilege of working with the most wonderful people. I have so many guests who stay with me again and again, and they are now truly my dear friends.
