Welcome to our retreat styled tiny home located at Eltham Valley Farm a 12 acre property in the lush Byron Hinterland, NSW. Every detail has been designed to provide for your comfort, enjoyment and relaxation. Enjoy the surrounds of the organic citrus orchard, take a soak in the outdoor tub and wonder at the starry sky, or sit on the deck next to the fire pit and be alone with your thoughts (or a glass of cheeky RED!).
This is truly a perfect getaway for solo's or couples wanting to experience the slow living that the Byron Hinterland has to offer.
You must be a dog lover as we have four beautiful Border Collies that call the farm home. Therefore, no animals or children are able to join you for your stay.
What you get up to during the day is totally up to you, go hiking, ride the Rail Trail, swim in a waterfall, play a round of golf at Teven Valley, explore the local beaches, shops, cafés and eateries of Clunes, Bangalow, Lennox, Newrybar and Byron Bay. Enjoy a meal at the renowned Eltham Pub - they will even pick you up at the door!
There is a full kitchen, stocked with all the essentials for cooking up a storm and fresh herbs are grown in the garden for your cooking or bathing pleasure. A Webber BBQ offers and option for alfresco dining and an opportunity to commune with nature. If you want to curl up on the couch or in bed and watch a movie a projector is provided for connection to your laptop.
Eltham Valley Farm is a 5 min drive from the Eltham Hotel and Clunes General Store, which is open 7 days a week supplying locally sourced produce and wines as well as a cafe, perfect for that morning coffee! Ballina and Bangalow are a short 20 min drive, Byron 40mins and about 1hr 15min to the Gold Coast Airport.
There is ample parking available for guests and RV's can be accommodated. The tiny home has a seperate entrance and shares the same land as the farmhouse so it is essential that each others privacy is respected. We are readily available should you require assistance during your stay - just send us a message.
Please note that the bath/shower facilities are located outside next to the tiny home and are completely private. The private toilet is located separately from the tiny home in the laundry building, about 3m from the deck of the tiny home. Laundry facilities are also provided.

No schoolies or school-leavers permitted.
No events (eg hens/bucks nights) or parties allowed.
No animals allowed.
No children allowed.
Fire bans will apply.
No violence or threats of harm will be tolerated.
Strict Noise policy - this is a place to retreat, unwind and relax.
Eltham Valley Farm reserves the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breeches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund.
