Welcome to our 3 bedroom oasis, situated on 227' of private waterfront on Beaver Lake. Enjoy spectacular lake views on our huge deck, BBQing, hanging out, and relaxing. We have a 20' dock where you can fish, swim, or launch a kayak, paddle boat or canoe. Enjoy the stunning sunsets, listening to the loons, and roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. There's high speed internet for working remotely or watching your favourite shows. Enjoy the cottage experience in comfort and style!
This four-season lakefront house has been beautifully renovated.
Primary bedroom is a calm sanctuary on upper level and has a beautiful cathedral ceiling, lakeside views, electric fireplace, ensuite bathroom with rain shower, double-sink vanity, walk-in closet, and spacious king size canopy bed. A peaceful retreat to relax at the end of a fun-filled day!
On the main floor, you'll find two comfortable and bright bedrooms with closets and dressers. The lake-facing bedroom has a queen-size bed and beautiful views of the lake. The other bedroom is equally spacious and has a double bed.
The den is spacious and cozy, with a walk out to the deck and beautiful lake views. For those who may have to do some work, there's a desk and work chair. A great space for working remotely or getting lost in a good book.
The open concept kitchen with island, living room, and lake-facing dining room is a space the whole family can gather. Watch a show on the 55'' smart TV in front of the beautiful stone gas fireplace or play a board game around the dining room table.
The living room sofa is comfy and has a pull out double bed feature, perfect for two people.
The spacious 3/4 acre property has a partially fenced-in yard, as well as plenty of space for hanging out or playing a game.

- 5 minute drive to the town of Tamworth with an LCBO, pharmacy, hardware store, small restaurant.
- 8 minute drive to the Lakeside Tavern for a meal, gas bar, ice cream at the convenient store, and public boat launch.
