Almost Heaven in Orange Beach is a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home, where you (and your pup) can kick back and relax in one of the nicest pet-friendly homes in Summer Salt!



Pet Policy:



• Pet-friendly! One dog under 30 lbs is welcome.



• $150 non-refundable pet fee added to your stay.

Perfect for a Gulf Shores Getaway!

We visited Gulf Shores for a week in early June with grandparents, parents, kids and pup! This was a magnificent location and we enjoyed many evenings on the porch.

This property was beautiful. It seems to be a brand new build. House was clean and roomy. We loved the back patio and the fenced in yard was perfect for our pooch! The pool was right around the corner and the location was conveniently located in the heart of it all! We didn't want to leave.

Perfect location!

Our family loved this home :) very clean and great communication. Sitting out on the porch in the evenings and mornings was so peaceful. Very short drive to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.

Great Holiday Stay

We stayed over the thanksgiving holiday and had a wonderful time. This place smelled clean and new as soon as we walked in. This VRBO had everything we could have needed plus more. We would definitely stay again and loved the attention to detail for our pet/ service animal.

This property was exactly as described, and we really loved the backyard. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay very comfortable.While the property was generally clean, it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The bathroom floor still had some spots that appeared to have been missed, and the house could use more thorough dusting throughout. The bottom of the master shower door also needs a deep cleaning, as there was noticeable buildup.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the amenities, but addressing these cleaning details would make the experience even better.

Home away from home

Very clean and comfortable accommodations. We felt right at home in this very new built house. Our dog spent a lot of time digging holes in the sand which we daily filled in. Great location and very close to Gulf State Park and all the great hiking trails.

Family getaway

The property is in a peaceful family friendly neighborhood. It has everything you need for a great vacation. It is located near several fun event places including orange beach. I was able to check I. 2 hours early, but I used that time to clean up because the house was not cleaned well.

Almost Heaven in Orange Beach

This brand new beautiful and immaculate house has numerous features and was extremely comfortable for our family vacation. The lakefront back yard was a a delightful place to enjoy morning coffee and as well as evening meals and cocktails around the fire pit. The house is also just a few minutes walk to the community pool, restaurants and the beach. The interior is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is very well stocked. The new fenced in back yard was just completed along with the beautiful back yard paver patio. We look forward to returning to Almost Heaven for our next vacation.

Family Beach Trip

We had a wonderful trip to Orange Beach while staying at Almost Heaven. The house was more than we expected. My husband kept telling me that I did a great job finding this place. The kids had plenty of space, bathrooms were large and accommodating, plenty of towels and bed linens, kitchen had everything we needed. The home was beautiful and well decorated and we just had a peaceful and relaxing time. We also appreciated that it was pet friendly and the fenced back yard was an extra bonus. The pool was just a few houses down and had plenty of chairs and room in the pool to accommodate the neighborhood. It was close to all the grocery stores, eating establishments and souvenir shopping. We had no complaints! 10 out of 10!

Orange Beach Anniversary Stay

Our accommodations were exceptional. We rented a dog friendly property and brought our lovely pup. The house was clean could not tell that a dog had ever been there, but the owners did own a dog because they have a dog cot and dog bowls in the laundry room. The home more than met my expectations and was a great location would highly recommend. It also had a fenced yard and a covered patio as well as another part of the patio with a fire pit on it and additional seating with a view of a small pond or lake. We did not use the third room, but it would easily accommodate five people with full-size bunkbeds and a bed that pulled out from underneath. Would’ve been great for children had them. Will definitely rent that property again when I come back. One master suite, downstairs with king bed and another nice size bedroom upstairs with a king bed . Great location.

The place was nice except in the middle of the day a strange individual with no warning rang the door bell to change the air filter. My wife a daughter in law was there alone and he came to change the filter with the wrong size air filter. Does this make sense not to me. Contacted the owner to find out if this was for real yes or no or should I contact the police. They responded that he will not come back until we left. But, why did he come in the first place. Ruined that day trip because we didn't understand why!!!
