A tropical retreat set near the beaches of Destin, Blanc Bao celebrates the fun life of Destin locals. Blanc Bao is nestled in the quiet community of Avalon and features exciting amenities for an active vacation. Enjoy the luxury of having private beach access with showers, tennis courts, pickleball, shuffleboard, sidewalks, and a beautiful heated pool. Blanc Bao features numerous upgrades, including a gas range, a fenced backyard, paintings from local artists, and more.

Home Layout - Sleeps 12:
1st Floor: Garage, laundry room, kitchen, living area with sofa sleeper (sleeps 2), Main Bedroom with king bed and bath (sleeps 2), half bath by entrance, fully fenced backyard, and entertaining area.
2nd Floor - Living area with sofa sleeper (sleeps 2), Bunk room with full over full beds (sleeps 4), Bedroom with queen bed and balcony (sleeps 2), shared bathroom in the hallway.

The driveway can accommodate up to three vehicles. Parking is available on the neighborhood streets from 8 AM - 10 PM. Please follow the neighborhood signs for parking instructions.

Small dogs may be allowed. Please inquire about our pet policy and fees. You assume all responsibility for your pet, including waste pickup and any fines for violating local rules.

All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is unavailable here, but the apps will provide thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.

*The pool is heated in March, April, October, and November. Due to high summer temperatures, it is not heated from May to September.

Four beach chairs and a wagon are provided at the home for you to take to the beach.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

Blanc Bao contains a starter set of paper supplies and toiletries. The guest is responsible for purchasing more amenities if needed.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. $350 flat pet fee. Dogs must be well trained and less than 50 lbs. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.

This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.

Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
