This property has a modern design with updated decor. The open-concept plan allows plenty of natural light and space for your group to gather, relax, and enjoy Palm Desert! The large sliders bring in the sunshine, and the living area is connected to the dining room, office space, and kitchen. The kitchen features updated stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage space, and all the necessary kitchen amenities for your meal prep needs. The dining table comfortably seats six. A sectional sofa provides ample seating space while you enjoy your favorite show or movie on the 65-inch Smart TV.
OUTDOOR SPACE
The spacious and private yard offers plenty of room for relaxation in seclusion. The outdoor dining table has ample shade and can comfortably seat 6 people. The sectional seating around the fire feature is ideal for unwinding, enjoying a glass of wine at sunset, and staying cozy on cooler nights. The pool and spa, situated on the north side of the property, receive ample sunlight exposure year-round, making it perfect for you and your loved ones.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main bedroom, located on the east side, features a king bed, 65-inch Smart TV, dual nightstand, ceiling fan, and convenient access to a spacious main bath and walk-in closet. The main bath features a shower, soaking tub, and dual nightstands. The guest room, located on the west side of the home, features a queen bed, a 50-inch Smart TV, and a large closet. The second guest bedroom features queen-size bunk beds, a closet, a nightstand, and a 50-inch Smart TV. Two guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
THINGS TO DO
The minimum age for this property is 25. There is no smoking, and there are no parties. Pool Heat is not included. For the Cancellation Policy, please refer to the Rental Agreement.
An exterior entry security camera is present. It is not monitored and is only utilized when the home is vacant.
