From the moment you step inside, you'll be captivated by the home's vaulted ceilings, sweeping ocean views from nearly every window, and classic furnishings that exude timeless charm. The open layout includes a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy wet bar, perfect for preparing meals and cocktails as you relax with friends or loved ones.



Perched on a scenic bluff, this home is just a half-mile walk to the sandy shores of Lincoln Beach. Spend your days exploring miles of coastline—ideal for surfing, flying kites, discovering tide pools, or simply lounging in the sun. When you're ready for a break from the beach, Lincoln City offers an abundance of activities and attractions, from boutique shopping and dining to a lively casino, movie theater, art galleries, and the popular outlet mall.



We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Beautiful view from a beautiful house!Only thing that would have helped make the stay better would have been providing fans to use since the house has no central AC unit because the house got hot especially on the top level!

This place was absolutely beautiful. It felt like home. The scenery, the decor, location, and multiple living space options within the house made it very difficult to leave. We will definitely be back and will make this place a part of our “memory bank” each year.

The house was absolutely beautiful, with incredible views of the ocean and beach access was very nearby. The house was very clean and had all the comforts of home and room for multiple vehicles to park.Any questions we had, we would text and would get immediate replies. Our grandson said it was a mansion! We will definitely be back to make more memories!

Beautiful view spacious home but several issues- upon check-in, our master bed was not made. They had no patio furniture. They had one chair out there, and when going to sit on it, it completely broke, which could have resulted in an injury. In the middle of the night fire alarm let off those high-pitched beep meaning it needed a battery replacement. It was awful than the carbon monoxide detector to the same thing at 5 AM so we did not get a good nights sleep those things need to be maintained. I did text and let the property management know, but I was not offered any type of reimbursement for the hassle. The master bed was also incredibly soft way too soft so not a great night sleep so for the premium price we paid for two nights unfortunately we will not return. It would have been nice if they offered some type of adjustment to our cost given all of the issues we had.

We are glad you enjoyed the beautiful view and spacious home, but we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered, including the bed not being made, lack of patio furniture, broken chair, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector battery alerts, and mattress comfort. We were able to send our cleaner back to address the bed, and we also offered to send someone out to check and address the detector concerns. These items should have been addressed before your arrival, and we understand how frustrating they were during a short stay. Your feedback has been shared with our operations team for corrective action and review of our inspection process.

We rented this Lincoln City property for 2,900 and our experience was deeply disappointing and unsafe. From the start, the unit was not just poorly cleaned—it contained clear hazards and misleading information that directly affected our family’s plans.Issues we encountered included sand in the shower (none of us used the showers), curtains falling from the walls, dust covering the premises everywhere, the master bathroom toilet seat shedding, a vacuum packed full of past debris, and an exposed nail on the upper-level porch. The most serious problem: the exposed nail punctured my family member’s foot last night.The listing also states the beach is a “two-minute walk,” but that is false. Access requires driving or about a 20-minute walk. We have disabled family members who can’t walk to the beach and relied on the listing description. We messaged the property management company through the VRBO app to clarify this discrepancy, but the issue was not properly addressed.Additionally, the dust is a health and safety concern, especially for anyone with breathing issues, and it should have been cleaned thoroughly before guests arrived. We contacted the property management company first and spoke with Chris, who was rude, didn’t listen, and offered only limited cleanup focused on sand/dust removal—without addressing the exposed nail safety risk.Overall, this rental was unacceptable and our first experience with VRBO and this management company was very negative.
