Sanctuary Vacation Rentals is proud to present "Nip-n-Tuck"! This home sleeps up to 4 guests.
This well-maintained 983 sf home that is named after a famous bike trail in Idaho has belonged to one family for many years and now it is being made available to guests who visit the area. Located in a quiet neighborhood in a dog-friendly town, not far from beaches, hiking trails and restaurants with outdoor dining options so you can bring your furry friend along with you on your trip. Live like a local in this darling cottage full of all the comforts of home.
You'll be near all the boutique shops, galleries and fine dining options of Carmel-by-the-Sea and just a short drive away you'll find golf courses, Point Lobos State Reserve, historic Monterey and wine country in Carmel Valley - truly something for everyone!
Living Space
The light-filled living room has comfortable slip-covered furniture, a TV with cable and a decorative fireplace with battery-operated candles to give off an ambient glow. Exposed beams, wood floors and lovely vintage side tables warm this cozy space. French doors open to the private back deck and verdant fully fenced yard. Well-equipped for extended stays!
Kitchen and Dining
The cheerful, fully-equipped kitchen has tile counter-tops and cooking tools aplenty. The round wooden dining table is a wonderful place to enjoy meals or play games together. In fair weather, step out the French doors from the dining area and dine al fresco on the back deck. A propane BBQ grill is on hand.
Bedrooms and Bathroom
A few steps up from the living area and kitchen you will find the bedrooms and bathroom.
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed.
Bedroom #2 has two twin beds.
The bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
The garage has space for parking one low-profile vehicle and a little extra space for storing your luggage, bikes or golf clubs. Parking for two more vehicles is available in the driveway or on the street. The garage is also the home to the washer and dryer and a utility sink.
This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. Longer stays are welcome. Extended stays are often possible.
