Genießen Sie den funkelnden Blick auf den blauen Pool und die Berge und entspannen Sie auf der Rasenfläche.

Unser Haus hat vier Schlafzimmer und zweieinhalb Badezimmer und viel Stil. Wenn Sie in die Gegend von Palm Springs kommen, um in einem authentischen, modernen Haus aus der Mitte des Jahrhunderts zu wohnen, dann haben Sie es gefunden. Neu renoviert mit brandneuen Möbeln, frischer neuer Bettwäsche und flauschigen neuen Handtüchern.

Als unser Gast haben Sie Zugang zum gesamten Haus und Hinterhof. Die Garage und der Schrank können verschlossen werden, um unsere persönlichen Gegenstände zu schützen.

Die Gäste werden von unserem Palm Springs-Concierge Todd persönlich an der Tür begrüßt. Er wird Sie durch das Haus führen und Ihnen zeigen, wie man alles benutzt. Er steht Ihnen während Ihres Aufenthalts in der Unterkunft per Text oder Telefon für Fragen oder Probleme zur Verfügung.

Die Cathedral City Cove ist an drei Seiten von Bergen umgeben. Die Berge verhindern übermäßigen Wind und erlauben gerade genug Wüstenbrise, um die Palmen in Bewegung zu halten. Die Nachbarschaft ist voller Künstler und kreativer, freundlicher Menschen. Wander- / Radwege, gute Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Kinos sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Sowie Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Target und Tonnen von Vintage-Läden.

Wir empfehlen, ein Auto zu mieten oder mitzunehmen, es gibt jedoch Taxi- und Uber-Optionen auf Abruf.

Einige Dinge zu beachten

Beheizter Pool. Es gibt eine Gebühr von 60 US-Dollar pro Nacht oder 250 US-Dollar pro Woche, wenn Sie möchten, dass der Pool beheizt wird (mindestens 2 Nächte). Bitte teilen Sie uns vorab mit, ob der Pool beheizt werden soll. Absolut kein Tauchen im Pool - es ist nur 6 Meter tief und 3 Meter flach.

Am Pool steht Ihnen ein Grill zum Grillen zur Verfügung.

Das Haus verfügt über Parkplätze für Wohnmobile.

Der Gärtner kommt am Donnerstag.

Der Poolmann kommt dienstags und donnerstags / freitags.

An der Vorderseite der Unterkunft befinden sich äußere Sicherheitskameras.

HAUSREGELN

Das Mindestalter für Gäste beträgt 28 Jahre.

Check-in Zeit ist 15 Uhr und Check-out Zeit ist 11 Uhr.

Wir benötigen ein Minimum von 3 Nächten für die Coachella Festival-Wochenenden.

Dieses Haus ist eine No-Party, kein Event-Haus, dies wird strikt durchgesetzt.

Im Haus darf nicht geraucht werden. Der Nachweis des Rauchens im Haus kann zum Verlust der Kaution führen.

Die Verstärkung von Musik im Freien ist durch die Verordnung von Cathedral City verboten. Cathedral City nimmt Partyhäuser ernst und wird jeden bestrafen, der eine Beschwerde von Nachbarn erhält. Beschwerden über Lärm können zur Räumung und zum Verlust der Kaution führen.

Dieses Haus befindet sich in einer etablierten, ruhigen Nachbarschaft von Einfamilienhäusern. Wir bitten die Gäste, auf den Geräuschpegel zu achten und die Nachbarn mit Respekt zu behandeln, besonders wenn sie sich auf der Terrasse oder am Pool aufhalten. Bitte verzichten Sie auf laute Schimpfwörter oder unanständige Sprache am Pool, da unsere Nachbarn laute Stimmen von unseren Nachbarn hören können.

Möbel sollten nicht bewegt werden. Es kann eine zusätzliche Gebühr erhoben werden, wenn die Möbel bei der Abreise des Gastes an ihrem ursprünglichen Ort zurückgebracht werden müssen.

Absolut kein Tauchen im Pool - es ist nur 6 Meter tief und 3 Meter flach.

Die Gäste werden gebeten, Plastikglas und Geschirr außerhalb des Hauses zu benutzen. Aus Sicherheitsgründen ist rund um den Pool kein Glas erlaubt.

Gäste werden gewarnt, dass die Innenböden bei Nässe rutschig sind. Bitte seien Sie vorsichtig, wenn Sie das Haus vom Poolbereich aus betreten.

Bitte setzen Sie sich nicht mit nasser Kleidung auf eine Inneneinrichtung.

Bitte lassen Sie nasse Handtücher in der Sonne trocknen, bevor Sie sie hineinbringen.

Sie werden gebeten, das gesamte benutzte Geschirr in den Geschirrspüler zu geben und beim Auschecken den Müll und das Recycling in die dafür vorgesehenen Behälter zu geben.

Der gesamte Müll muss beim Verlassen des Hauses in den äußeren Mülleimern neben dem Haus entsorgt werden.

This property is great. We hope to stay here again in the future. It was very, very clean. We used all 4 bedrooms and everyone commented how comfortable the beds were. The backyard far exceeded our expectations... really the whole property did.

Perfect Stay!

We had a lovely two weeks at this wonderful home. It is beautifully and comfortably decorated inside and out. We hiked daily as trails were easily accessible from the location, but we were so happy to return to the wonderful pool and peaceful setting for a relaxing afternoon. The kitchen is so well organized and equipped, allowing us to prepare meals to enjoy in the evenings at the outdoor table. Altogether a luxurious property!

Heaven in Palm Springs

This property is awesome, the size was perfect for my family of 6. It was a much needed get together after 2020!! Originally planned for 2020 Dave the owner was very accommodating in letting us rearrange for this year. Marc was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would love to visit again and would highly recommend to anyone.

Great home for friends or family with awesome outdoor space.

We really enjoyed this spacious home over the Thanksgiving holiday. There were four of us which let us all have individual rooms which is always nice. The photos are a great representation of the property, with plenty of outdoor dining and relaxing space around the heated pool. The one big thing I would like to call out (as its not always the case w/ vacation rentals) is how well the kitchen was stocked! If I'm driving in I tend to bring a lot of my own cooking supplies which was totally unnecessary this time around. Practically anything you would need to use is in the kitchen with more than enough flatware and serving dishes. Such a pleasant surprise for a "large" Thanksgiving meal. Also appreciated that there were both indoor and outdoor sets to feel comfortable eating both indoors and outdoors. All around awesome place that we would totally stay in again!

Great house and pool- has everything you need

Just came back from a weekend staying here. Host was very responsive and great at communicating. House was decorated so cute, very MCM and perfect for Palm Springs area. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need including coffee maker (but we brought our own coffee). The pool and outside area are what really make this property! The weather wasn’t super hot but we still had a great time lounging outside. Seriously, the decor was SO CUTE!!! Only con was- The TVs never worked for our stay. None of the remotes worked in the bedroom and the front TV in the family room would turn on but constantly buffer, to the point that we turned it off. I spoke to host and sounded like an internet issue. It wasn’t a vacation to watch tv so this didn’t really matter to us, but it could be an issue if you rely on wifi there or need the tv for your kids etc. I’m sure it’s fixed by now anyway. This place was so cute, I would stay here again. We also were able to do an easy 3.5 mile trail walk on the back mountain right outside the neighborhood which was great! 10 min Uber drive to Palm desert and 15 min to Palm Springs downtown, so pretty centrally located. Also, shower pressure in the master shower was amazing. I need that in my house! Seriously, book this house!!! You won’t regret it! :)

A great stay with three kids and 3 adults. Lots of room to spread out. Pool was great, a comfortable 80 degrees with sun most of the day. Quiet neighborhood with good access to Palm Springs and Palm desert. Would recommend to anyone.

perfect girlfriends getaway

Everything about the house was perfect, from the spacious layout, convenient location, beautiful furnishings, and attention to detail, down to the soft sheets which smelled great! Dave the owner was a pleasure to deal with, and Marc, the caretaker, was easy to reach. Oddly advertised as 3 bedrooms, there is a 4th. The pool was lovely. We paid extra to have it heated, and while we used it sparingly because the weather was chilly, it was still worth it. Not directly in Palm Springs, but only a few miles away, letting us take advantage of everything Palm Springs has to offer.

Best rental house in Cathedral City

Lovely updated 4 bedroom house with pool, pretty gardens and spectacular views of Mt San Jacinto from the living room. Every room is beautifully decorated in mid-century modern style. We used the fireplace in the living room every night. The outdoor furniture on the raised covered patio was a good as the furniture indoors and we comfortably worked and relaxed outside. The kitchen was stocked with every imaginable thing you could need and we stayed in almost every night enjoying cooking. The owner was a pleasure to deal with! 5 out of 5 stars

Lovely home!

Hi Dave, Most everything was really great. We loved the furnishings. The living and dining rooms, and the kitchen were terrific. My suggestions would be the following: 1) the local host did NOT wear a mask when he showed us around inside (even though all five of us did). It's a small gesture, but it was a little off-putting. 2) The lack of access to laundry facilities was a surprise for a house this large (and expensive). You need to provide more bath towels or open up access. You should also warn people that there will be no access to washer/dryer as it did not occur to us that these would not be available. 3) Consider buying a king-size bed for the primary bedroom. Most people are used to that size at home so a queen-size feels mighty small. 4) Finally, half of the primary bedroom closet was locked which is completely understandable, but the keys were left in the lock... We did not open the closet, but other guests might have. Thanks again, Kathleen

Great Experience

First, the property owner was very flexible. We were going to stay for the Stagecoach Festival weekend that got cancelled twice. Since we did not purchase the travel insurance, we could have lost our stay and money. Instead, Dave let us pick a new date for our stay. Integrity! The house was well decorated and the kitchen was labeled so we could find everything with ease. Very nice kitchen appliances and overall amenities. Check In/Out was well organized and very easy. Thank you, would highly recommend.

The perfect combination of comfort and style!

This property is absolutely stunning and provided the perfect getaway for our small group of friends. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with a quick and convenient drive into Palm Springs. It was clean and beautifully furnished, and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was very organized and well stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals at home. The central air and bedroom ceiling fans kept us cool and comfortable. The outdoor dining and lounge areas on the covered patio were perfect for enjoying the outdoors in the shade. We could've spent all day in the gorgeous pool - and practically did - just floating around in the slow current created by the pool jet. It was like being in our own private lazy river! And to top things off, Dave and the house-manager Marc made the entire process from booking to check-out pleasant and easy. We can’t wait to go back!

First class experience

We had a wonderful stay in the property. It is fully equipped with what you might want and is tastefully furnished. The hosts were very communicative and even allowed an early check in. The house is only a short drive from the airport and not too far from downtown Palm Springs. We played golf locally and never had to drive more than four miles to a course. Nearby there are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants. The hosts provided a detailed guide of local amenities. The gem of the house is the outdoor area in the rear. There is a pool and a covered patio area and this is where we spent most of our time. We would not hesitate to come back to this house again.

My three girl friends and and I just returned from a week long stay in the Palm Springs area. This house has fantastic and Dave (the owner) was excellent to deal with. The house is fully equipped with lots of dishes, cookware and modern appliances and the air conditioning worked well (along with the ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms). There were lots of towels and the beds were extremely comfortable. What made it extra special was the backyard. The whole yard is freshly landscaped with new concrete, a refurbished heated pool and comfortable modern outdoor furniture. You are totally secluded and feel like you are in your own private oasis. The pictures do not do it justice. We spend every evening outside in the comfortable sitting area or eating at the outdoor table. It was great!! At first we were a little hesitant about the neighbourhood as we normally stay more in the Palm Desert area but this house is in the perfect location to access both Palm Springs and Palm Desert. We walked the entire community and found it to be safe, quiet and clean. We walked in the evening to a local Mexican restaurant and it was a short drive to Trader Joe’s. We were so impressed with the property that we have already approached Dave about renting it again next year for our girls’ vacation.

Tranquil desert hideaway

The house was everything we wanted and more! We lounged in and around the pool all day and made delicious meals in the well appointed kitchen. Lovely and relaxing!

Beyond expectation!

Dave and Todd were wonderful hosts. Prior to my trip, Dave provided directions and let me check in early. When I arrived, there was water and a bottle of wine in the fridge as well as care packages on every bed filled with towels, soap, toothbrushes and toothpaste. The outside area was even better in person than in the pictures and there were floaties available for my group to use. The inside of the house was also lovely with more than enough room. It was the perfect weekend getaway for a large group and I would definitely book here again. Thanks Dave and Todd for the easy check in/check out process and your great hospitality!

Perfect!

Dave's place was perfect for us. We were more impressed than the pictures prepared us for. The house is immaculate, lots of room, great décor and everything you need. The pool area is awesome with more than enough seating, and it's comfortable! It was a slice of heaven and we can't wait to come back again!!! Thank you Dave for making our stay the best...

Beautiful Property!

My family and I just spent a long weekend at this amazing house! It was extremely clean and organized and was very comfortable The decor was on point! We utilized both the indoor and outdoor spaces. We can't wait to book again!
