RETREAT ON TALBOT is a 4 bedroom holiday home, updated with modern furnishings. Accommodates up to 9 guests, within walking distance to shops, hotel and beach.

Kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven/stove top, microwave, kettle, toaster, Espressotoria coffee machine (BYO pods), electric frypan, deep fryer, toastie machine, air fryer, slow cooker, rice cooker, blender, kids cups/plates, island bench with 3 stools.
Dining area with table and chairs, CD/Blue tooth stereo, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner. Lounge area with L shaped lounge, large circular chair, coffee table, large Smart TV.

Main bedroom with Smart TV and ceiling fan, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms with ceiling fan, 4th bedroom with pedestal fan.

Bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, full size bath, w/c.
Laundry with 7kg front loading washing machine, laundry trough, stick vacuum.

Rear yard with paved area, large outdoor table and chairs, large flat top gas BBQ, clothesline.

Fish cleaning facility.

Shed or rear separate room not for guests use.

Port Vincent is the ideal location for fishing, boating and sailing, it also offers a variety of shops, cafe`, take-away & excellent hotel dining facilities.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - double, bed 3 - double, bed 4 - 1 x bunk plus 1 single.

Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Linen can be hired - $38.50 for double/queen per bed, $27.50 for single per bed. Linen includes pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom and tea towels, beds will be made up for your arrival. If you would like to hire linen you will need to let office staff know and total cost will be added to your booking manually by office staff.
