Beautiful 3 bedroom cottage on Lake Huron that sleeps 6 people.
Located 8 minutes from Bayfield and 12 minutes to Grand Bend.

The Property boasts a front patio as well as a large backyard deck that looks out at the Lake, so you can catch the stunning Lake Huron Sunsets right from the comfort of the deck! The property offers a large backyard for kids to run and play as well, as well as a firepit, which provides a delightful way to spend evenings after you have finished watching that incredible sunset. Just thing of the memories you can make roasting marshmallows by the fire!

The cottage is fully equipped for all your cooking needs with a full-service kitchen, bbq, and firepit.

The cottage has air conditioning, as well as a furnace and a natural gas fireplace to ensure guest comfort.

Free wifi (internet) and laundry facilities are available on-site for convenience.

The interior has undergone an update to add the charm of a third large bedroom with a lounging area in it, which has access to both the front and back yards.
Bedroom set up is as follows:
1. The first bedroom in the main portion of the house has bunk beds - single over double bed.
2. The second bedroom in the main portion of the house has a double bed only.
3. The recreation room hosts a day bed that pulls out to a king size bed with a lounge sitting space in the room and access to both the front and back yards -- so you can enjoy your morning coffee outside your bedroom door.

The home features one full bathroom and a bonus outdoor shower for washing off all that sand after
coming back from a relaxing day at the beach.

The Beach is a two-minute walk away from the cottage down a ravine path and approximately
20 stairs -- this is one of few beaches that has very few stairs to go down to get to the lake in this area!
The Beach is a private community beach serving the 7 cottages in the area. For those that can't do the
20 stairs, St. Joseph's has a fabulous walk out beach just 5 minutes down the road, which is also fairly
private. You could also make the drive to either Bayfield or Grand Bend to their famous beaches.

Grand Bend and Bayfield attractions include: The Grand Bend Motorplex, Nightlife, go-karts, antique
shops, marinas, golfing, splash pad, playgrounds, local markets, wineries, breweries, and many, many
fabulous restaurants and shopping boutiques. Grocery and LCBO stores are located minutes away incase you forget anything on your packing list.

Pets are often welcome (at Property Owner's discretion) ? So ask about bringing your furry friend(s) for a small surcharge of $100 per pet (max 2).
