Stop in Tri-County Produce Co., a beloved open-air market one block over, take a swing in the batting cages down the street, or plan any number of adventures on foot, bike, or by car. East Beach Vista (Front unit) - As the front unit of the duplex, this comfortable, freshly updated two-bedroom, one-bath cottage is equipped for comfort. The kitchen features new appliances and amenities to delight the budding chef. Dine at the generous window seat dining area beneath a picture window that frames views of the ocean and the neighborhood park across the street. With many windows, the living room, with television and comfy seating on two couches, is a bright and sunny space. A couple of Adirondack chairs make a great place to watch sunset out front too. East Beach Bungalow (Back unit) - This cozy cottage will accommodate up to six people with queen-size beds in two bedrooms and a third room with two twin beds, each dressed in fresh coastal colors. A hall bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and dual sinks. The living room, with television, also features seating in a sunny window for curling up with the latest Santa Barbara Magazine to see where to go next. Or sit down to a delicious meal at a dining table inside or out.
