ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
On the day of your arrival, Check in is from 3pm. When the property may be available for an earlier check in we will notify you. On the day of departure check out is strictly 10am.

SECURITY BOND
A security Bond of $500 must be paid on all reservations prior to your arrival.

BBQ
A fee of $75 will be charged if the BBQ is left uncleaned after use.

PLEASE NOTE
Extra cleaning fee will be applied if the property is not left in a similar state of which it was found.
