With great pleasure, we introduce to you this beautiful family-friendly apartment with idyllic panoramic ocean and mountain views.
This apartment offers:
Expanded plan living and fully catered kitchen including cooktop, oven and all equipment needed complete with coffee machine and dishwasher.
Three spacious bedrooms – all include smart TV's and scenic ocean views.
Second bedroom has the option for either a queen bed or changeable into two single beds on request by guests.
Third bedroom is interchangeable from a double bed that folds down or open the bi-folding doors offering an expanded living room for more space.
Two fully equipped bathrooms with rainfall shower heads.
Cool down in the air-conditioning to all bedrooms and living areas.
Enjoy relaxing with family on the alfresco dining on the balcony which features a built-in barbeque, whilst soaking in the best that Far North Qld has to offer with views of the city and ocean.
Internal fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Included secure car parking for one vehicle in garage, plus street parking available (ticketed parking applies as per council).
The complex has a swimming pool and barbeque area downstairs with shower and toilet available.
