We had a great week this is perfect place to use a home bace for visiting crystal river and the surrounding springs. We had an issue with a flipped breaker. Melinda answer immediately and we and the problem solve in no time. We would definitely stay again

Great Host

Rental was as described. There was an initial issue with bathroom cleanliness but the communication with the host was easy and issue was taken care quickly. Would stay here again.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay!! We came in to explore the Springs in the area. Had no problem and enjoyed it immensely. The 7 Sisters Springs was about a 20 to 30 minute drive, Crystal River was about 10 minutes. All in all we had a great weekend. Ron's restaurant was 5 minutes from the house and a Great Deal on Breakfast!!

We had a great trip in inglis. The place was easy to check into. There was a bed side lamp that did not work. Also the listing said it had central heat and air and it had two window units but that wasn't a big deal for us. There was one of the sliding glass doors that even when shut and locked had an inch gap at the top so bugs got in. There were a lot of bugs in the unit I think just because of that continuous gap in that sliding door, but we did enjoy our stay

Tranquil stay! Enjoyed the visit!

We had a wonderful stay! The owner was incredibly responsive and informative, even offering access to extra amenities not listed in the description—like the two-person kayak and a Blackstone grill, which was a great bonus for meals. The place itself was spotless, spacious, and the bed was super comfortable.While fridge space and indoor cooking options are limited, it wasn’t an issue for us as we didn’t plan to cook much—and the Blackstone more than made up for it! The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, just what we were looking for. Evenings on the dock were a highlight—so relaxing to watch the fish jump in the canal.Amazing value for the price, and the location is perfect—just a short drive to Rainbow River, Crystal River, and several nearby boat ramps. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend this place to friends visiting the area!

Misrepresented and uncomfortable

There was supposed to be three beds, there were only two so I called the owner and she had me go upstairs and get a an air mattress. The beds she had were uncomfortable. The air mattress was uncomfortable and we left a day earlier because we couldn't sleep there. One more night. We're all over 70 and it was a very uncomfortable stay. I've asked for one night back that she won't give it to me

From the owner: "Hi Teresa, we’re sorry to hear that your stay was not as comfortable as expected. We recently replaced one of the twin beds in the studio with a dining table for added indoor seating, and when you expressed concern about sleeping arrangements, we provided instructions for accessing a deluxe air mattress with fresh linens. The main bed is less than a year old with a brand-new memory foam topper, though we understand mattress comfort is subjective. Since the unit was reserved for the full stay, we were unable to offer a refund for the early departure. We appreciate your input and are always looking to improve the guest experience."
