This super-chill, post-modern rancher is all about casual comfort and enjoying the outdoors in complete privacy. Situated on more than 3 acres of land, this 5 bedroom (2 primary bedrooms on opposite sides of the house) / 3 bath home will sleep 10 guests with space to spare and offers amenities galore within the confines of an 8' tall privacy fence around the property. During the day, enjoy feeding your group poolside at the cabana / bar or at the picnic area under a massive oak in the back yard. Cool off in the large, deep-water swimming pool, or unwind and rejuvenate in the soothing waters of the spacious hot tub. In the evenings, gather with friends and family under the large, poolside gazebo, complete with a relaxing fire table, or gaze at the dark sky and natural beauty of the quiet and rural setting around the backyard firepit. Enjoy watching the deer grazing beyond the game fence, and fall asleep listening to the resident coyote pack yipping in the distance. This rural oasis is close to everything. The ultra-trendy, South Manchaca Entertainment District is 10 minutes away and is home to some of the largest bars in Austin. Moon Tower, Armadillo Den, South Austin Beer Garden and Lustre Pearl are some of the attractions that are mere minutes from the house. Barton Springs / Zilker Park and South Congress are a 20 minute drive as are numerous bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and endless entertainment options in downtown Austin. Or explore points south and grab a cider at Texas Keeper or listen to some live music at Willie's Joint in Buda. -A 3-night minimum stay may be required.
-The maximum occupancy is 10 adults.
-Maximum number of additional daytime guests is 4 between the hours of 8:00a-10:00p.
-Rental Agreement must be e-signed after 48 hours after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests.
-Included with your reservation is an accidental damage protection insurance policy that protects everyone from any unexpected accidents. The full name, address and date of birth of the primary renter must be submitted within 48 hours after booking to our insurance partner, Safely.
-Bachelor/Bachelorette groups must all be over 30 years old.
-Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
-Additional deposits may be required.
-Pets allowed. Additional Pet Fee + Refundable Pet Deposit Required.
-The exterior of the property is monitored 24/7 by video cameras.
-Pool is not heated.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.
