We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. FYI - There are units to the right and left as well as above you. While you can't hear any noise from the condos to the right and left, the unit above can be a bit noisy (footsteps, background conversation noise, running water).
