Fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco before settling in on the outdoor sofa with a sunset wine. When you’re not soaking up city vistas, relax inside with the comfort of air-conditioning, or make use of the building's shared pool and gym.
This modern stay offers a welcoming, open-plan layout that extends to a spacious and private balcony, complete with an eight-seater table and an outdoor sofa where you can dine, relax and entertain while overlooking the Melbourne skyline.
The indoor living area features contemporary furnishings including a cosy sofa and an ottoman, providing a relaxing space to unwind with a movie. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors maximise natural light and offer views looking out the spacious terrace, where you can make the most of this stunning location with a laidback BBQ and alfresco meals. You’ll find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen to cook at home, along with a four-seater table and a dishwasher for easy clean-up.
In the light and airy bedroom, a queen-size bed and a fresh, white palette provide a serene sleep space, with split system air conditioning ensuring year-round comfort. A modern and immaculately appointed bathroom includes a bathtub where you can end the day with a leisurely soak. You’ll also find a European laundry cupboard with a washing machine/dryer combo and a basin.
Added conveniences include Wi-Fi and secure parking for one car on the premises. You can also take advantage of the building's shared indoor pool and gym.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves, as well as access to the shared pool and gym. Please make yourselves at home!

Our property is equipped with a small quantity of basic sundries to suit a short stay or to get you started on an extended visit. We offer a selection of essentials to make your stay comfortable, including toilet paper, single-use shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, tea, coffee, long-life milk, and cleaning/laundry supplies. Beds are made with linens and we provide one towel per person, bath mat, hand towel and tea towel. We do not replenish these items and encourage you to travel with additional items or purchase these locally during your stay. If staying longer-term, please contact us to arrange cleaning including fresh linens and replenishment of these supplies at an additional cost.
