From this incredible property you can walk 150 metres straight on to Mudjimba Beach, or stay at home and revel in all that that this property has to offer
This 4 bedroom house has:
Bedroom 1: 1 x King Bed - Master Bedroom (ensuite & TV)
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: 2 x Single Beds
Bedroom 4: 2 x Single Beds
The property has a double garage, driveway parking for 2 cars behind a large security gate and boundary fence. There is also additional street parking if needed. More than enough parking for all of your family or group.
Air Conditioning
This property has air conditioning throughout as well as overhead fans in all the bedrooms, living and entertainment areas.
Access
The keys can be gained through an on site lock box. The code for this will be sent to you prior to your visit.
This is a very large, impressive house with multiple areas for you to use and enjoy:

- large lounge room
- 2 dining tables (1 interior, 1 exterior)
- outdoor BBQ area - seating, lounge, relaxation
- glistening pool
- undercover deck / verandah with lounge and dining facilities

- Beach trolley with 2 boogey boards, beach chairs, picnic items and umbrella
- 2 Smart TV's with access for your favourite streaming services. The living room TV has Netflix, Kayo and Prime provided for you.
This is a unique property that allows you all to spend time together or to have some quiet alone time in one of the many private spaces here.
Kitchen
The kitchen is modern and has all appliances and fittings. This includes fridge, freezer, oven, cook top, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and all other items that you may need. There is also a 2nd fridge located in the garage if additional cold storage is required.
Bathroom - Along with a very spacious shower, there is a large bath tub to relax in ( this is not for spa use )
Linen
We supply all linen, sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels, hand towels etc.
Consumables
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc.
Pool
The property has a glistening saltwater pool.
Laundry
The laundry has both a washing machine and clothes dryer and a clothes line outside, to dry your clothes with the cooling sea breezes. We do NOT provide laundry detergent
Internet
We have free NBN internet access for you to use and enjoy. The details for this will be sent to you when you book.
Pets
We are a pet friendly property, but this is limited to 2 and there are to be no pets on the furniture or beds

We are NOT A PARTY, EVENT, FUNCTION, PROPERTY. IT IS STRICTLY NO SMOKING. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons, we would ask you to book elsewhere as we do not condone or want these here. On booking, if you haven't already told us, we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful waterfront house and the well being of our neighbours. The property has a noise monitoring device. This high tech device does not record conversations, only the volume of sounds. Located on back verandah If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress HIGHLY ENOUGH this is a high quality, luxury house for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet peaceful time whilst they are here.
The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette butts/smell/burns (which we will have cleaned or repaired) the guest/s will be levied for ALL ADDITIONAL CLEANING AND REPLACEMENT COSTS.
