The home was beautiful and well maintained. We bought a toaster and left it for the future guest. They had a nice assortment of extra item if someone had forgot a charger or toiletries. There was a cute little reading nook under the stairs. It was 1.8 miles from the historic district. Less than 10 to uber or Lyft we were there for a wedding at the Lightner Museum. The town is magical at night.

We absolutely loved this place. It was really clean and you can tell that the owners make sure their guests are taken care of and feel at home! The location was not too far from the beach or historic district. Would definitely return!

The place was really nice and clean but some things that need to be improved shower head in the master bedroom downstairs did not have much pressure, no bath soap and the master bedroom will get really hot the AC really did not working in there.Other than that the place was beautiful a lot of little things to make the stay more comfortable was available I loved and enjoy the little tea area. Backyard was beautiful except the lights didn't work but that wasn't a big deal the check-in process was amazing they let me check in early and let me check out late without any issues very close to the historical district.

Family Vacation

This is our second stay at this property. The house is impeccably beautiful, neat, clean, smells like new, I really have nothing negative to say. I am OCD and I pay attention to detail, so I can tell they added a lot of new details that make the house more cozy, welcoming, costumer friendly, homie, and just appealing to the eye. Pictures don't lie, I highly recommend this home 100 percent!

Girls Trip

We really enjoyed the decor and how everything in the house was labeled. They had a lovely tea station that we enjoyed using while playing board games at the large dinning room table. We did have an issue with the upstairs shower not fully working and the downstairs showering getting the bathroom floor excessively wet because of its design. Plenty of parking for our group and we overall enjoyed our stay very much.

The house itself was nice; however, the surrounding area was not suitable for a vacation stay. During our visit, we experienced repeated disturbances from neighborhood children, including an incident where they knocked on our door, asked for money, and, after being refused, threw diapers at the property. We also observed them harassing another family nearby.Additionally, there was a rooster in a neighboring yard that was extremely loud in the early mornings. A train also passed through the area multiple times throughout the night, repeatedly sounding its horn. This was particularly disruptive, especially since the train did not use its horn during daytime hours. This information would have been helpful to know prior to booking.On our second night, rain amplified noise from a nearby metal/tin roof, creating a loud drumming sound that lasted from approximately 3:00 a.m. until our departure.Inside the home, there was a significant ant problem in the kitchen. Although the rainfall during our stay was moderate, we also experienced a power outage. The water pressure in both showers was very poor.When we reported the issue with the neighboring children, Evolve was responsive and supportive initially and stated they would contact the owner and follow up with us; however, we never received a response. I am uncomfortable staying at a property where the owner is unreachable in the event of a safety concern.While I did not feel unsafe overall, I would not choose to stay here again.

From the owner:"We’re sorry for the disturbance you experienced during your stay. We were staying at the property ourselves before your arrival and experienced no issues, nor have we ever had a prior guest report disturbance. Most of our guests enjoy the neighborhood. Yes, you will hear a rooster, rain on the tin roof, and the nearby train passing. We personally find those sounds peaceful, but they’re not for everyone.We have regular pest control treatments, and also pay extra for a special on-demand service so that any guests can call out pest control if an issue occurs. The details on how to do this are all in our guest book. We pay for this service because it’s Florida, and bugs do sneak in from time to time no matter what. However, being there a day before you arrived, we are surprised to hear you had a problem.We find the water pressure to be good. There is a dial on the shower to adjust, and it may have been on a low setting during your stay.We’re glad we were able to respond promptly and support you within five minutes of your message. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve for future guests."

Beautiful home

The home was gorgeous! Very clean. Although we didn't use them, the outdoor fire pit and corn hole game were nice touches. The parking situation was a little deceiving though. I'm not sure how 6 cars could fit. We had a truck and a medium enclosed trailer and had to park at an angle and still barely fit. The only negative was the lack of communication. I messaged through the VRBO app twice and texted both hosts to ask questions and never received a response. All in all, we would certainly stay again.

So sorry you did not hear back! Regarding parking, we have parked 6 cars at the home ourselves, so it is possible but not necessarily convenient. I can see how larger vehicles or a trailer would make that difficult, though! Something for us to clarify for future guests. Street parking is also allowed at the front if you are ever back and do not feel like reversing in the trailer."

We came to St. Augustine with our your children to vacation, and to explore the area and options since we are coming back in the near future for our older son's wedding. Being a neat freak, with a daughter majoring in Interior Architecture, we have nothing to say but AMAZING things about this house. The house was neat, modern, beautiful, open, cozy, and much more. It has everything to make you and your family to feel at home. The house is located in a safe neighborhood, and less than eight minutes away from St. Augustin's most visited attractions. Overall we LOVE this house. Sometimes, you see wonderful pictures, and what you see in person is nothing like it. This house's pictures are exactly what you're going to see in person, the pictures are not deceiving at all. THE BEST HOUSE IN ST. AGUSTIN!

Fun Place

The home itself is very nice and fun. We had little children with us, so they were able to sleep upstairs while we hung out downstairs in the evening. However, there are a few set backs. We did not have good success contacting the evolve team. I had to send 3X the amount of messages necessary and I still never received a response on one. The house was 86 degrees when we got there and the AC doesn’t get the master bedroom (downstairs) well at all. There were also ants on the dining room table.
