The stunning, sun drenched pool area is a real treat, toasty & heated all year, you can swim all winter! Finished with a touch of luxury, this home will suit the traveller looking for a special getaway. Enjoy 2 al frescos, pool house with gas fire & desk space, fire pit & playstation. Suitable for a family or couples wanting a romantic break.

A three bed, single level home comprising of:

- open plan living, dining & kitchen
- 2 x queen rooms
- 1 x kids bunk room
- 1 x bathroom with shower (no bath)
- laundry with washer/dryer

Outside:
- 1 x pool house with sofa, electric fire & desk area
- Pool - heated all year.
- Fire Pit
- 2 x BBQs & two al fresco dining areas (front garden & back garden)

All linen and towels (2 per person for pool use too) are included in the clean price

Guests will have access to the entire home. Please note that some of the owners personal items in robes & kitchen pantry are left at the home.


The pool is heated to around 29 degrees in the summer and can be cooler in the winter due to the outside temp, it can sit at around 25-27 in the winter.
