Thank you, Vicki! We’re so happy to hear you enjoyed the cabin—especially the fire pit, the private trail to the falls, and that post-hike hot tub relaxation! It’s always great to know guests are taking full advantage of everything the property has to offer. We also appreciate the heads-up about the landscaping timing; that’s valuable feedback, and we’ll definitely look into better scheduling to keep the experience as peaceful as possible. Hope to welcome you back for another Red River Gorge escape soon!

Thank you for your honest feedback. We're truly sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay, as this is far from the experience we aim to provide. The snake sighting, non-functional hot tub jets, ant presence, wet cushions, and leak from the bathroom are concerning, and we’re addressing each of these issues promptly with our team to prevent future occurrences. Your disappointment is completely understandable, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. We hope for the chance to provide you with a vastly improved stay in the future.

Hi Sara! Thank you for your kind review of The Rock House! We are thrilled to hear that you thoroughly enjoyed your stay, finding the cabin not only secluded and clean but also well-equipped and full of unique and thoughtful extras. It's wonderful that the decor, karaoke machine, and speakeasy-style bar area added to your fun and entertainment during your stay. We're delighted that you took advantage of the hiking trail and enjoyed the serene waterfall, hammock, and fire pit area. It sounds like the hot tub and fire pit area were perfect for relaxation and added to your overall experience. Your kind words about the check-in/out process and our responsiveness to your questions are much appreciated. We strive to ensure our guests have an exceptional stay, and we are so happy to hear that we succeeded with your visit. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we're so pleased you had such a positive experience! We hope to see you again sometime in the future!
