The Rock House is a spacious Red River Gorge retreat made for groups who want more than a basic cabin stay! Take the stage for karaoke night, spin a record, deal a round of poker, relax in the hot tub, or gather around the firepit after a day of hiking, climbing, kayaking, zip lining, sightseeing, restaurants, and Gorge adventures.

• Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, drip-style coffee maker, toaster, countertop ice maker, cookware, and dining essentials. The Rock House also features Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, electric fireplaces, a washer and dryer, private hot tub, propane grill, covered porch with hanging swings, huge firepit, karaoke stage with microphones and sound system, record player, speakeasy-style bar area, poker table, and plenty of rock-n-roll personality.

• Sleeping Arrangements:
- Bedroom 1 (Basement): Queen Bed
- Bedroom 2 (Basement): Queen Bed
- Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): Queen Bed
- Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): Queen Bed

• Please note: two bedrooms are located upstairs and two bedrooms are located in the basement. There are no bedrooms on the main/ground level, so stairs are required to access all sleeping areas.

• Bathrooms:
- Main Level: Full bathroom with stand-up tile shower and jacuzzi tub
- Basement: Full bathroom with double vanity and shower/tub combo
- Upstairs: Half bathroom

• Fresh linens and towels are provided. We also include an Essential Starter Pack to make your stay easier: 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, 3 dishwasher pods, 3 laundry pods, 3 trash bags, and 1 fresh sponge.

• Firewood is not provided. We encourage purchasing firewood locally to help prevent the spread of invasive species and protect our beautiful wooded areas. Propane is provided for the grill.

• Parking + Access: The Rock House is accessible by 2WD vehicles under normal weather conditions. The route to the property is a well-maintained blacktop road, though it is curvy, and the property has a gravel driveway. 4WD is recommended during winter weather, snow, ice, or other inclement conditions.

• The Rock House is fun, unique, and full of personality, but it is still located in a peaceful mountain setting. Please be respectful of quiet hours, neighboring properties, and the natural surroundings during your stay.
- Please contact us as soon as possible if you must cancel or reschedule your stay. No refunds or date modifications within 14 days or less of your arrival.
- No refunds are permitted due to weather. No exceptions. Winter weather (snow/ice) and flooding can occur in the area. You should be given the option to add Trip Insurance at booking check-out.
- Please be aware that no refunds are permitted for cancellations on holiday rates, which includes but is not limited to, New Year`s, Valentine`s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
