The designer interior is inspired by 1960s Palm Springs, California, featuring artworks by Slim Aarons throughout. North facing, this property is sundrenched all day. Decks flow from the kitchen/entertaining area to both the East (sunrise) and West (sunset) sides. Both decks enjoy exceptional seaviews, so they are the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee as the sun rises over Rangitoto Island, and a cocktail as the sun sets in the west. For your comfort both decks have premium outdoor lounge suites. You are welcome to cook on the Weber BBQ (sunset deck).

Heating delivered by a gas fireplace in the main lounge, with heatpumps in all bedrooms and other lounge areas. Cooling also delivered by heatpumps.
