The Space:
Welcome to Buderim Mountain Panorama Retreat. This stunning home is perfectly nestled along the Buderim escarpment, offering breathtaking views throughout. As you enter, you’re greeted by beautiful wood floors and luxurious furnishings that create an inviting atmosphere. The open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area provides a seamless flow for relaxation and entertaining.

The kitchen boasts a gorgeous wooden benchtop and premium appliances, including a fridge, electric stove, oven, coffee pod machine, and microwave, all positioned to take in the scenic outlook. The adjoining living area features two plush sofas, a large smart TV, and ducted air conditioning for year-round comfort. The spacious dining table comfortably seats eight guests on bench-style seating.

Glass sliding doors open onto a generous balcony complete with a BBQ and outdoor dining setting, the perfect place to soak in the panoramic views. To the left of the home, next to bedrooms two and three, you’ll find a dedicated office space equipped with a desk, chair, and a games console for work or play.

Bedroom One (Master Bedroom):
The spacious master bedroom features a king bed and showcases stunning ocean views through sliding glass doors leading to the balcony. Equipped with a walk-in wardrobe, ducted air-conditioning, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom, this room offers both comfort and luxury.

Bathroom One (Master Ensuite):
The master ensuite is complete with a shower, bath, toilet and vanity.

Bedroom Two:
Fitted out with a comfortable queen bed, this room features ducted air-conditioning, a ceiling fan and wardrobe space. The glass sliding doors open out to the balcony, allowing guests to enjoy the picturesque views and fresh air.

Bathroom Two:
This bathroom features a shower, toilet and vanity.

Bedroom Three:
Complete with a queen bed, this room features ducted air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, and wardrobe space. The glass sliding doors open out to the balcony, offering guests a refreshing breeze and stunning views of the surrounding area.

Laundry:
The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, clothes airer and an outdoor washing line.

Kitchen:
The kitchen comes fully stocked with modern appliances and cooking utensils, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable cooking experience during your holiday.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home excluding the garage. There is space to park one in the carport and another in the driveway. Please note the driveway is shared with the neighbouring property.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of the Sunshine Coast, Buderim offers an ideal central location for exploring both the coastal areas and hinterland. With close proximity to the enchanting Buderim rainforest walk, complete with a picturesque waterfall, visitors can immerse themselves in nature's tranquillity. Buderim's charming main street has a delightful array of excellent shops, restaurants and cafes, with a small-town atmosphere that adds to the area's allure.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving the local bus does service this area should you need it. The home is approximately an 8-minute walk to Gloucester Road where bus services are available and operate to Buderim, Maroochydore and Sippy Downs.

Other Things to Note:
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential area with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*This property has security cameras which monitor the driveway and external entrance. There are no security cameras inside the home, facing into the home or balcony.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
