The Space:
This delightful two storey modern holiday home with spectacular coastal and bush views is an excellent holiday choice for 2 families. The open plan living room with kitchen and dining upstairs expands through huge sliding glass doors to encompass a large deck and outdoor entertaining area. Providing all the comforts of reverse cycle aircon, ceiling fans and even an outdoor gas heater this home is perfect for all year-round holiday. Pets will be considered on request, a $100 cleaning fee on top of the rent applies.
With 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas and enough beds for 9 people there is ample space for at least 2 families.
As well as a fabulous property, it is close to the Anglesea Main Beach, walking along ever-changing cliff tops, towards Lorne in one direction or Torquay heading the other way, dirt bike riding in the surrounding areas, skate park, Coogoorah Park ideal for kids with its pirate ship, wild-life is plentiful, the river for fishing and who can forget driving the Great Ocean Road.

Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.

Guest Access:
On the day of your arrival you will receive a text providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.
