Check-in is at 4 pm, we kindly ask you to coordinate your arrival with your on-site Concierge (he will be contacting you through a direct message a few days prior to your arrival)

The maximum capacity is 24 guests, however, the price may vary depending on the number of people staying at the house. As per Airbnb policies, you are not allowed to select more than 16 guest per reservation, if your booking is for more people you just have to reserve and send us a message with the correct number of guests. Once you do that, we will adjust it manually and send you a money request for the remaining balance.

Another important thing to mention is that external staff or guests outside of the reservation are not allowed (for security reasons)

✢The house is located in a quiet community, loud noise is not allowed after 10 pm in order to comply with Mexican laws

✢Daily cleaning (change of sheets and towels every 2nd day for reservations of 3 nights and above)
