The listing is configured for 10 people but can accommodate up to 10 adults and a child (sofa bed in the 5th bedroom)

Check-in is at 4 pm, we kindly ask you to coordinate your arrival with your on-site Concierge (he will be contacting you through a direct message a few days prior to your arrival)

The maximum capacity of this villa is 10 guests, however, the price may vary depending on the number of people staying at the house. Another important thing to mention is that external staff or guests outside of the reservation are not allowed (for security reasons)

✢The house is located in a quiet community, loud noise is not allowed after 10 pm in order to comply with Mexican laws

This villa is located in ALDEA ZAMA, one of the most exclusive areas in Tulum (right in between downtown and the hotel zone) Here you will find coffee shops, restaurants, and convenience stores within walking distance.

Tulum center is around 10 minutes of driving, where you can find many restaurants of all kinds, bars, convenience stores, souvenir places, and nice local experiences waiting for you.

Tulum Beaches and Hotel Zone is around 15-20 minutes of driving depending on where you go and the traffic. Here you can also find top-notch restaurants, more souvenir spots, amazing beach clubs, bars, shops, cenotes, and many more things waiting for you to experience with the Jungle-Beach vibes.
