Very clean, modern and tidy you will enjoy walking a few metres from the back door to the resort pool, gym and BBQ area.
All rooms are comfortably air-conditioned.
Very close to Hope Island Marina and shopping village. Close to award winning golf courses, theme parks, beaches, shopping precincts and Sanctuary Cove.

New modern furniture, SMART TV with full FOXTEL package, recliner lounges. Covered outdoor entertaining area leading out the resort pool, gym and BBQ area.

Main bedroom with a king bed, SMART TV, wardrobe, ensuite and balcony.
2nd bedroom, queen bed, built in wardrobe and SMART TV.
3rd bedroom, 2 single beds, built in wardrobe and SMART TV.

This is our holiday house in Queensland as our family and grandchildren live here. We have added lots of extras so it’s how we like it to feel comfortable when we are. Staying. New air cons in all bedrooms plus large smart tvs in each room. There is also foxtel all channels plus fast internet. In the kitchen we have a new tap filter and a Nespresso machine plus new Smeg appliances.

We love hope island as it’s close to all the theme parks. It is also only a 25 minute drive to surfers paradise and 10 mins to harbourtown (shopping outlet) Plus lovely walks at paradise point and boutique shops at sanctuary cove as well. Only 5-10 mins away. If you like golf we are next to golf course and the star casino Broadbeach a short 30 minutes drive as well.

Our property is unique as it’s very safe in a gated community with 24 hour security on call and it has beautiful vistas lakes and a few crystal clear pools to enjoy plus a gym near pool which guests can access.
