The backyard is an absolute dream, featuring a shared backyard, patio, BBQ, an in-built trampoline, stunning river views and river access.

The Space:
As you arrive you'll first notice the stunning rural views. It really is an impressive property and you have plenty of parking! While you're a part of a friendly complex, you'll have your own privacy in the cosy apartment.

With direct access to the patio and BBQ area from your living room, you can choose to cook inside or out! Whether you're grilling up a delicious BBQ feast, lounging on the outdoor seating, bouncing on the in-built trampoline, or taking a leisurely stroll down to the river for a refreshing dip, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Inside, the open kitchen, living, dining area is all about comfort. Sink into the comfy sofa, which easily turns into a double bed and catch up on your favourite shows on the smart TV. The kitchen has everything you need, including modern appliances, essentials and cookware, plus there's a lovely dining area for mealtime.

The bathroom/laundry combo has a walk-in shower and a washing machine for your convenience.

This home has been built with a larger residence above and 3 smaller, self contained residences underneath. Perfect for booking as a whole or finding the size and amenities which suit you. Need more space? No worries! The home accommodates groups of up to 23 guests!

Guests enjoy exclusive access to their self-contained studio at any time via a convenient lockbox. The communal backyard, patio, and BBQ area are shared spaces, providing a friendly atmosphere for interaction with residents from the three other apartments in the complex.

The property is a part of a complex featuring 4 different accommodation options. Your unit is in the same building; however, separate to the other apartments. Just a heads-up: The additional sleeping arrangement is a double fold-out sofa bed in the living room. Feel free to use it, but please note that it won't be pre-made. Guests can find the walk-in wardrobe. Thanks for your understanding.

We have a gardener who will attend this property from time to time. It is unlikely he will attend during your stay, however if he needs to attend the property during your stay, we will notify you.
