Welcome to your home away from home in beautiful Exmouth!

Situated right on the canal, this spacious two-storey home offers the ultimate experience for those looking to relax, fish, or head out on the water. With your own private jetty, it’s ideal for guests bringing a boat or wanting waterfront access.

The house features three comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms, thoughtfully laid out for both privacy and convenience. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has its own reverse-cycle air-conditioner.

• Downstairs: One bedroom and one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, open-plan living, and direct access to the outdoor entertaining area.

• Upstairs: Two bedrooms and two bathrooms — one of the bedrooms has a private ensuite, while the other has a bathroom nearby. There’s also a living area, kitchenette and scullery, perfect for two families or groups travelling together.

You are welcome to bring your boat, boat trailer or caravan and park it at the house. With the high roof in the carport, it`s perfect for parking. You can also bring your boat around and use your own private jetty.

Your furry friend is invited too! Please message us ahead if you would like them to bring them along. We ask that they remain downstairs only in the house.

The location

Located within a short walk of Mantarays Resort, Exmouth Yacht Club, Exmouth Game Fishing Club and Whalers Restaurant. Walk a little further and enjoy all that Whalebone Brewery has to offer or Cadillacs Tavern.
We ask that you please use the outdoor shower before going inside after you`ve been to the beach or out in the red dirt. Thanks so much.
