The Space:

Welcome to The Melrose @ ASU Tempe, a modern retreat designed for comfort, connection, and effortless Arizona living—just minutes from the ASU campus and the energy of downtown Tempe. This stylish home offers a contemporary backdrop perfect for making memories, unwinding with friends or family, and capturing a few Instagram-worthy moments along the way.



Inside, the home opens to a spacious, light-filled layout with updated tile flooring and ample seating throughout, ideal for gathering and relaxing together. The main living room features a 55” TV, while a secondary living space adds warmth and character with an exposed brick fireplace for ambiance (not for indoor use).



The kitchen and dining area serve as the heart of the home, thoughtfully updated in 2021 with modern appliances, sleek cabinetry, and clean, functional countertops. A Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, and a full set of cookware and utensils make it easy to prepare meals at home. Casual seating for four is available at the kitchen counter, with an additional dining table that comfortably seats six.



The home now features four dedicated bedrooms, each offering a comfortable and restful place to recharge. The primary suite includes a King bed, dresser, and its own 55” TV. Two additional bedrooms are furnished with Queen beds, while the fourth bedroom—located just off the dining area—features a Full bed. All beds are topped with plush memory foam for a great night’s sleep, and each room offers ample closet space.



The bathrooms have been newly remodeled with fresh tile flooring, updated cabinetry, and sleek shower doors. Fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided for each reservation.



A full-size washer and dryer are available for guest use, along with detergent, dryer sheets, and an iron with ironing board for added convenience.



Out back, enjoy your own private outdoor escape. The yard features lush turf, a spacious fire pit with comfortable seating, a three-hole putting green, a BBQ grill for outdoor dining, and a covered patio with seating for eight. Spend your afternoons lounging poolside, cooling off in the large pool, or soaking up the Arizona sunshine from one of the four lounge chairs.

Our refreshing custom pool can be heated for a nominal fee of $75/night or $400/wk. Please communicate & pay this request at least 72 hours in advance of your stay.



Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party Policy. The City of Tempe takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.



A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door to monitor REAL occupancy and for emergency purposes only. No other security cameras or recording devices are present on the property.



Property includes a Minut noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).



Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
