`Sanctuary in the City` is a comfortable home located in one of the most desirable areas of Denver. You`ll feel tucked away in this safe, family-friendly neighborhood with easy access to downtown Denver. But, you may decide not to leave Glendale since it has a vibrant shopping scene, small contemporary art galleries, and cool cocktail lounges. The Cherry Creek Trail, which is minutes from his home, is a 42-mile long paved pathway where you can bike ride, run, and walk.
The main floor offers an open concept, with the dining and living room adjacent to each other and right next to the kitchen, this layout is perfect for hosting meals with family and friends. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked making meal prep easy. After meals, spill into the living room to read a book, play a game, or watch a movie or sporting event on the TV. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main floor.
The basement is finished and offers additional space for relaxing and spreading out. There is a large bedroom and a beautiful full bathroom in the basement as well. This home`s floor plan is perfect for families or a small group of friends / colleagues.
Don’t want to be inside? Perfect! The private, backyard with privacy fence and covered patio offers an outdoor living space for drinking your morning coffee, enjoying mealtime outside, or enjoying a glass of wine or local craft beer after a full day of exploring. It`s a great place to relax and listen to the birds. It`s also a great space to let the kids run around and play outside.
