Welcome to Grand Atlantic 306! This newly remodeled oceanfront 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo offers a comfortable and relaxing coastal retreat in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Located on the third floor, the unit features a private balcony with sweeping ocean views, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and LCD TVs throughout. Each bedroom includes its own private bathroom, creating an ideal layout for families or groups traveling together. Very nice, clean, great view! Loved everyone having their own bathroom. Smoke detector battery was beeping occasionally and the company got there within a few hours to change battery. Would recommend!

We loved the condo and its location —the space, direct beach access made our stay extra special. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The only minor issues were a rusted toaster and shower rods in two bathrooms that could use replacing. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay here again.

This condo was absolutely perfect for us. We were very pleased to find a configuration with three bedrooms, four beds, and three bathrooms for our group. We used the full kitchen every day, and we were pleased with how well appointed the kitchen was with blender, crock pot, hand mixer, mixing bowls, pots and pans, and dishwasher. It was wonderful to have a washer/dryer in the condo as well. The location was ideal for us, directly on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean and a close drive to a grocery store, activities like minigolf, and the boardwalk. We also enjoyed the six different pools (sun pool, wading pool, lazy river, covered pool, and two hot tubs) each day. We would definitely come back here again!

The room was great. Only thing is the kitchen was scarcely stocked... Meaning if you're staying longer than a couple days... You'd have to bring or buy things to be able to cook. Otherwise, great time. The view was awesome!

The rooms were very clean and the view was amazing. Didn't get in the pool but used the hot tub. Had several text messages back and forth with Grand Atlantic and they were very helpful. Was a little disappointed Friday when so many more people were staying there. It was very loud, especially after 11:00 pm. The clock in the living room wasn't working. Overall we really enjoyed our visit. Thank you.

Clean and great access!

The property was very clean and had great access to the beach, nice pools and convenient to restaurants and Grand Sports Complex. Parking is very tight and limited. Should provide more than 1 trashbag. Check in is a pain.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall I was pleased that there was plenty of parking in the garage and that the condo was right next to the garage and elevator. There are a few things that need to be addressed. 1 the patio furniture needs to be updated. One of the chairs is completely broken but since we were there during Tropical Storm Chantal the patio furniture blew over and thrown around. The dishes that were in the dishwasher from previous guests were put away wet. There was water dripping off the plates and the pots still had water on them. There was a dirty spatula that looked like it hadnt been cleaned, was put back in with the other utensils. The king master that has a walkout patio, the shower curtain needs to be replaced. It had black mold on it.

Just Wish We Had Known

The condo was very nice and it was oceanfront, which we wanted. However, there were only 3 chairs on the deck and one was broken and the mattresses definitely need to be replaced. Also, until two days before we left to come back home there was work being done on the pools which meant no outdoor pool use and lots of noise to wake up to each of those mornings especially since we were on the 3rd floor. We were very disappointed. Things of this nature should be told to people in time for them to be able to cancel and get their money back. The rental company was very good about sending info about checking in and out, but they would have certainly known about this work and the dates these projects were scheduled to begin and end. Had we been informed that this would be going on during our stay we may not have stayed there at that particular time. I will say the condo was roomy and very clean and located perfectly for us in the building.

Loved the condo and the location!

The condo is in a prime location where it's close to almost all of the popular attractions, without being in the center of it all. Parking is a little tight if you're driving a larger vehicle, but we definitely appreciated the fact that parking was onsite and we were able to park next to the entrance to our condo whenever we came in and out. My mother has mobility issues, so easy access to the stay is important. The property management team sent out text messages checking on us and ensuring everything was as expected. We had a few issues that were resolved within hours, so that was greatly appreciated! The check in/out process is also simple. A text was sent letting us know that the condo was ready. We picked our keys up from a drop box that was on the way in and were easily back on the road to the condo. No waiting in a line and guessing if the place would be ready. The view from the balcony is spectacular. There was only 3 of us, but there is plenty space for a larger family.

Not what we expected and paid for

Entered building, very strong chemical smell. Enter condo, extreme strong chemical smell. Saw that patio was painted and noticed patio doors were locked from outside and couldn't be open to get some ventilation. Have asthma and could hardly breath. Other two guests don't have any health issue's and they had difficulty breathing. At that point we called the office and explained situation and were told they would call us back. Meanwhile to get fresh air we went outside and there was no pool. Just a big dug up area. Office finally contacted us and offered us another condo with fewer bathrooms than we payed for. Next condo was beautiful, next day we get a text saying there were going to be working on our patio and wouldn't be able to use it. This was extremely stressful and clearly ruined our vacation.

We understand that moving to a unit with fewer bathrooms than originally booked added to your frustration. Great view but had issues

We had unfortunate issues during our stay. Originally told there was key pad to get in, but no- you have to go to a different location for key. Paperwork said keys ( plural) but literally 1 key. You need said key to access outside door to even get to your door ( double security, which is great) but with 6 people and 1 key- someone had to be around to let people back in. They did bring us a 2nd key the next day- but that was still a little rough. Also, this unit is literally right by the elevator. This resort was a party place- people loud, banging on our windows, loud music and walls very thin. We heard all kind of things. The best thing about this specific unit is the view and restaurant downstairs. The little gift shop is very reasonable too. Don’t go across the street to the mini market- they jacked up prices 3x. So, for the price- way the pros and cons. I wouldn’t book this unit again.
