Welcome to Grand Atlantic 306! This newly remodeled oceanfront 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo offers a comfortable and relaxing coastal retreat in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Located on the third floor, the unit features a private balcony with sweeping ocean views, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and LCD TVs throughout. Each bedroom includes its own private bathroom, creating an ideal layout for families or groups traveling together. Very happy with our stay! Clean, plenty of space for 9 guests. Huge balcony which we loved. Plenty of parking room (parking garage) easy beach access. Loved the pool - we had 4 littles. Heated pool was their favorite! We will definitely be booking back.

Beautiful location. We encountered a few issues which makes me not give everything 5/5, but this could be a 5/5 property. Our issues were with the non working smoke detectors that kept going off and the solution suggested was to take it down ? Or a choice of moving to a different property that was not on the ocean. The Grand Atlantic is fantastic with indoor and out door pools that were heated so we could swim in Marxh.The propety is updated and nice.

The unit was very nice and worked well for our group of six. It was very nice having a balcony overlooking the ocean. It is a family friendly place so if you’re looking for a romantic getaway, this is not the place but if you’re looking for time with the family it’s good!

We had an awesome view from the LR and Primary! Very clean condo, no problems! Plenty of towels, the pool has their own towels @poolside. Heated pools and Jacuzzi was great! would stay again!

We loved the condo and its location —the space, direct beach access made our stay extra special. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The only minor issues were a rusted toaster and shower rods in two bathrooms that could use replacing. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay here again.

This condo was absolutely perfect for us. We were very pleased to find a configuration with three bedrooms, four beds, and three bathrooms for our group. We used the full kitchen every day, and we were pleased with how well appointed the kitchen was with blender, crock pot, hand mixer, mixing bowls, pots and pans, and dishwasher. It was wonderful to have a washer/dryer in the condo as well. The location was ideal for us, directly on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean and a close drive to a grocery store, activities like minigolf, and the boardwalk. We also enjoyed the six different pools (sun pool, wading pool, lazy river, covered pool, and two hot tubs) each day. We would definitely come back here again!

Clean and great access!

The property was very clean and had great access to the beach, nice pools and convenient to restaurants and Grand Sports Complex. Parking is very tight and limited. Should provide more than 1 trashbag. Check in is a pain.

The rooms were very clean and the view was amazing. Didn't get in the pool but used the hot tub. Had several text messages back and forth with Grand Atlantic and they were very helpful. Was a little disappointed Friday when so many more people were staying there. It was very loud, especially after 11:00 pm. The clock in the living room wasn't working. Overall we really enjoyed our visit. Thank you.
