This large four bedroom, four bathroom condo accommodates up to twelve guests. Each of the two primary bedrooms are equipped with a king size bed, the two guest bedrooms will either have a queen size bed or two twins (for a total of two queens or four twin beds), along with a sleeper sofa in each of the two living rooms. Each primary bedroom features an ensuite bath with a jetted tub and shower. Each guest bedroom has a bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination. This spacious four bedroom, four bathroom condo also features two living rooms, two dining areas and two kitchens. Each side of this large four bedroom has a dining table that can accommodate six guests. One side will have a full kitchen with full refrigerator, toaster, microwave, oven, coffee maker, stove and dishwasher.  The other side will have a well-equipped kitchenette with a dual burner stove, full refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Most needed cookware and dinnerware service for up to six is included in each suite.

*There is a $30.00 Resort Fee collected at the time of check-in (one fee per reservation). It includes Wi-Fi, access to the fitness center, business center & DVD library, coffee or tea in the clubhouse, and use of in-room safe. A picture ID, a valid major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) or cash for a $150 security deposit. Security deposits are released on your check-out day. Please have your final confirmation email handy for check-in. Please note that should you use a debit (check) card for your deposit, a hold of $150 will be placed against your checking account and you will not have access to those funds until your bank releases the hold, which may take up to 14 business days.

Vacation Village at Williamsburg offers free parking for guests and security is provided throughout the property between the hours of 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. Parking of recreational vehicles/equipment is not permitted. Please contact the resort for recommendations on available/approved parking.

Rollaway beds, cribs and highchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests must request these items at check-in as they are not able to be reserved in advance. Charges may apply.

Housekeeping services are not included. Guests are asked to dispose of trash in several conveniently located sites on property. Mid-week cleaning is available upon request for an extra charge. A mid-week cleaning includes beds being made with fresh linens, removal of trash and replacement of liners, exchange of all bath and kitchen linens, and vacuuming. Unit towel or linen exchange may also be arranged for a fee. Please contact the front desk directly after your final confirmation is received if you would like this service. A $75.00 fine is applicable for units left excessively unclean.

An ID and Credit card are required at check-in for a refundable security deposit.
