Located a short stroll to the Rye township, beach and wonderful restaurants and cafes.

A fabulous feature of the property is the entertaining area is a completely undercover area where you can enjoy a BBQ or simply relax any time of the year.

Enjoy outdoor dining on the large table, chairs and outdoor couches.

There is a large glass sliding door with a security screen door, and a front door that allows the beautiful bay breeze flow through the house.

The property has a large smart TV with Wi-Fi, large split heating and cooling unit, a large dining table and modern kitchen with dishwasher.

There are 3 bedrooms comprising:

Primary: Queen bed
Bedroom 1: Double
Bedroom 2: Double

The property sleeps 6 guests in total.

There is a central bathroom and a separate toilet.

In addition, there is a back door with a security screen which when open, allows a beautiful crossflow of air through the property.

As the property is built with concrete brick, it helps keep the property lovely and cool in summer and toasty warm during the cooler months.

The property offers a large and lovely grassed back yard which is fully fenced offering peace of mind for this with children and pets.

Whilst we are pet friendly, we do request that guests are responsible pet owners and remove all dog droppings upon departure & and during the stay.

We strictly do not permit pets inside the property and do not permit them to sit on any of the cushioned outdoor furniture.

The property is set hill on the block so please note that you will be parking on a lean at the property.

You may choose to park on the grass at the front of the property or diagonally.

Strictly no parties and no schoolies.
