During the day you can enjoy the scenery sitting on the Saltillo-tiled covered back patio or take a dip in the pool and in the evening enjoy the fire pit with built-in seating for smores and stargazing. However you spend your time, Casita Bonita will become a fast favorite for your group. And, if you need more room for friends, Los Corrales and RioVista are right across the street, just yards away.

LINENS: Bring sheets and pillowcases (basic bedding including mattress cover, pillows, and blanket are provided, sheets and pillowcases are not).
TOWELS: Bring bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, pool towels (no towels are provided).
PAPER GOODS: Bring paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, coffee filters. Your kitchen is equipped with dinnerware, silverware, drinking glasses, and basic cookware, but you may want to bring paper plates, plastic cups, and plastic ware.
We will provide a list of additional "what to bring" items after your booking payment is received.

Hey y'all! We're Brannon & Wendi Hightower, owner-operators of Frio River Resorts.
We met in college in 1995 and have been together ever since. Frio River Resorts was started by Brannon's parents nearly 20 years ago and it has been continuously Hightower-family-owned and operated the entire time, with us buying the business in 2018.
We're local and we live in Concan full-time and enjoy serving as stewards of our community with participation in local boards and volunteer organizations. You've likely seen us on River Road as you leave on Sunday supporting the Concan Volunteer Fire Department in our “Fill The Boot” fundraising campaigns, or out to eat at Neal's or House Pasture.
