Welcome to your own private vacation paradise, a two-bedroom, two-bath lakefront condo situated off-island in a private, gated residential neighborhood that is extremely centrally convenient: a 20 minute drive to Times Square at Fort Myers Beach, the Downtown Fort Myers River District, Regional Southwest Airport, and then just 30 minutes to Sanibel Island. There are numerous closeby shops and services. Sanibel Island is world-famous for its sea shells. Downtown Fort Myers, as noted, has the River District, many diverse restaurants, and the winter homes of Thomas Edison, Hendry Ford, and Harvey Firestone are available for tours. Community amenities include a heated swimming pool, spa, fitness area and covered bar with refrigerator. Condo amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary WiFi, all linens and towels provided and a private laundry room. A gas grill is also available. This condo has two enclosed garages, as well as ample driveway parking.
On arrival entry is around to the front door and into the open plan kitchen, living and dining areas. There is tile flooring throughout, except for beautiful wood flooring in the bedrooms. The kitchen has plenty of hard surface counterspace, cabinets with all the necessary items to prepare full-course meals or just toast and coffee in the morning. Just bring the food! Appliances include a 4-burner glasstop range with self-cleaning oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the door, a Keurig coffee maker and air fryer. There is a peninsular bar leading out to the dining area, as well as another island bar with cabinets on the kitchen side and two high-boy bar chairs on the living room side. The dining area has a table seating six. The living area has two upholstered sofas, coffee table and wall-mounted flat screen TV. There are expansive sliding glass doors which lead out to the screened-in and furnished lakefront lanai.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, a 5-drawer chest with a large flat screen TV and sliding glass doors lead out to the screen-enclosed lanai. The en suite bathroom has a dressing area with bench, large walk-in closet with mirrored doors, which then leads into the bathroom. There is a large vanity with dual lavatories and storage space beneath, wall mirror, commode, nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass walls and glass door, as well as a garden tub. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stand with lamp, ample closet space and armoire with a flat screen TV. In addition there is an office/den with queen-size sleeper-sofa, desk and chair. The guest bathroom has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, wall mirror, commode and a combination tub/shower.

This property strictly rents from the first of the month to the first of the following month during our peak season months, the rental schedule is as follows: 1/1/25 to 2/1/25, 2/1/25 to 3/1/25, 3/1/25 to 4/1/25, please reach out to our front desk staff with any questions. An online application will be sent to you to complete, and is due 30-days prior to your arrival. Reservations who don't complete the application int he allowed amount of time do run the risk of denials and/or cancellations. A non-refundable $150 (per unmarried applicant) application fee and a non-refundable $30 platform fee are required with the reservation. In addition, a non-refundable $40 background check fee per person(for all guests 18 years or older) will be added to your reservation and charged by Coastal Vacation Properties after your booking is confirmed and guest information is provided. A copy of a valid driver's license or government-issued ID is also required for all guests 18 and older and must be uploaded with the application.
This property accommodates parking for a maximum of 1 vehicle. Coastal Vacation Properties manages individual rental units and is not responsible for any construction in neighboring units, surrounding areas, or on the beach. Following hurricanes Ian, Milton, and Helene, guests should anticipate ongoing construction throughout the island. This may include construction noise, nearby building projects, increased traffic, or beach restoration efforts. We want to ensure transparency—construction is beyond our control, and we will not be offering compensation or refunds due to these conditions. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept the possibility of construction-related impacts during their stay.
