Boasting an abundance of space with superb family functionality, this rejuvenated 3-bedroom entertainer on a sprawling 727sqm allotment offers an ideal oasis of modern comfort, perfectly complemented by its lifestyle-focused finishes and tranquil court location.
Space
Living and Dining: A private entry guides you over gleaming hardwood floors into a spacious, light-filled lounge with a raked timber-lined ceiling that accentuates its already impressive space. Practicality meets convenience with gas heating, and split-system air conditioning. A separate kitchen and dining area is revealed towards the rear, draped with natural stone benchtops and glass splashbacks around a premium Lofra gas cooker and an Asko dishwasher, promising a dream come true for the avid home chef.
Romantic Verandas and heated Pool: The huge covered alfresco terrace with romantic and relaxing composite timber decking stretches almost the entire length of the home, enjoying outdoor activities perfect for entertaining by the inground heated pool area and extensive rear yard.
Bed rooms: The master bedroom is a vibrant space during the day and incredible comfort at night, complete with full-width robes and split-system air conditioning. Two additional bedrooms feature built-in robes, offering ample space around a central bathroom. One cozy and pretty bedroom with a beautiful bunk-bed, creating a fun and charming sleeping space for your children. The bunk bed features a frame shaped like a child's cubby playhouse which is constructed from solid pine wood, providing a sturdy and durable bunk construction. Both upper and lower bed bases individually hold a weight of up to 150kg that are suitable for adults as well.
