The Space:
Pack up the family and get ready for a fun stay in sunny St. Augustine, just 5 blocks from the beach! Your vacation crew will love spending time here between outings in the enclosed backyard where there’s lots of space to run and play, plus, there’s a fun play house for the kids and outdoor seating for the adults.
Step inside to a bright and spacious open floor plan. For relaxing downtime at home, there’s a sitting room with comfortable seating and a large, wall-mounted Smart TV that can connect to your streaming accounts. For mealtime, there’s nothing more convenient than having a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher for quick clean-ups so you can get back to spending time with your loved ones. To enjoy your homemade creations, there’s a dining table and a breakfast bar that can also serve as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed.
When it’s time to rest and recharge, there are 3 bedrooms plus 2 full baths, 1 with a tub.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Single bed + pull-out trundle and a crib for the little ones
Just outside, you’ll find a service area with a laundry closet outfitted with a washer and dryer and another closet with a large refrigerator & freezer, plus some beach accessories. For added convenience, there’s driveway parking for 2 vehicles.

The Neighborhood:
One of the best highlights of this property is its close proximity to attractions/activities, beaches, local eats, groceries, and golf. The kids will love the mini golf and zoo that’s super close to the home! You’ll be within walking distance or a short drive of almost everything you could need!
Getting Around:
The optional airports and their approximate distances to the property are:
- Northeast Florida Regional Airport (UST): 10 miles
- Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB): 55 miles
- Jacksonville International Airport (JAX): 56.5 miles
- Orlando International Airport (MCO): 120 miles
Other Things to Note:
There is no daily housekeeping, but a mid-stay cleaning can be arranged with prior notice for a fee.
A mandatory $100 cleaning is required every two weeks for stays longer than 28 days.
Baby equipment is available for a fee.
Guests may need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
For stays of 28 nights, the property manager may reach out to arrange a maintenance check.
WE KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO ABIDE BY THESE HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a penalty of $300 USD.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. Excessive noise is not tolerated during any hour.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- Pets are not permitted at this property.
- For reservations of 25 nights or more, a mandatory maintenance check will be conducted to ensure the property remains in excellent condition during your stay. This check will typically take place 1.5 to 2 weeks after your arrival. We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization.
- Kindly check all drawers, cabinets, closets, and under the beds. Please make sure you do not leave anything behind. We do not ship belongings to guests after check-out. No exceptions.
