The space
The newly renovated two story house has apartment like living upstairs and down. Both levels come with a full kitchen and bathroom, open plan living and dining with two bedrooms.

Upstairs is bright, warm and sunny, with an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area that opens out onto a balcony. It has a large master bedroom, smaller second bedroom and spacious bathroom.

Downstairs has a spacious living area, with open plan kitchen, lounge and dining leading to a deck. A master bedroom with ensuite, smaller second bedroom and bathroom.

Both levels are north facing and offer beautiful views across the harbour and the ever changing tidal scenery. Walk the beach, watch the sunset from the balcony or deck, or have a fish and chip picnic on the beach just metres from the door.

This beachfront house is ideal for one big family or two smaller families, with options to be together or have time out when needed.

When hiring the whole house you will have access to both levels, including the garage, front deck and lawn.

There is an outdoor shower beside the downstairs kitchen, perfect for rinsing the sand off after an afternoon on the beach.
