You’ll feel a million miles away from the real world, yet still be close to everywhere you want to be - including Assateague National Seashore, where our famous Wild Ponies roam free! Whether you enjoy searching for Wild Ponies, Beach Combing, Fishing, or just Sunbathing, there’s truly something for everyone in your crew. Our Beaches are wild and wonderful - no highrises, no boardwalks - just beautiful Mother Nature! Did you know that Assateague National Seashore is the most visited National Park in our country? Beachgrass Bungalow is just perfect for a Couples Getaway, or for a small Family. You’ll love curling up in the cozy Living Area after a fun-filled day at the Beach, and enjoying Free WiFi and Flat Screen Smart TV. Soothing Colors of Sand and Sea are warm and welcoming, and we just adore these Historic Hardwood Floors. The Marsh Views you’ll take in from the Living Area are nothing short of spectacular. Watch Heron, Egrets, and Eagles fish for their morning meal. With a surprisingly Open Layout for an older home, there’s plenty of room to spend time together without ever feeling crowded.

Just off the Living Area, you’ll find the Renovated Kitchen with Stainless Appliances, Leathered Granite Countertops, and a Custom Breakfast Bar. Well-stocked with all you need, mealtime will be anything but a chore. Dine in the comfort of Central AC in the huge Dining Area, or Al-Fresco on the awesome Screened Porch that lines the back of the house! Speaking of this Screened Porch - you may never want to leave this awesome space. Not only does it have an awesome Dining Area, there are also a couple of Chaise Lounges for curling up with a good book or simply chilling. Also on this level is a convenient Full bath with Custom Glass Walk-in Shower and a Stackable Washer and Dryer, just in case you need it! Not one to cook on Vacation? You’re just a hop, skip, and jump away from some great dining options! There’s also a Charcoal Grill for whipping up some Cheeseburgers in Paradise.

As you wander up the wide Staircase to the upstairs level, you’ll find 2 Bedrooms and a 2nd Full Bath. Beachgrass Bungalow sleeps 6 more than comfortably. Bedroom 1 features a comfy Queen Bed, Ceiling with Beams, and will have a Brand New Mini Split for Spring 2024 - there will be NO WINDOW UNIT in this Bedroom!

Down the Hall, Bedroom 2 is perfect for the kiddos with a Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full) and a Twin Trundle, and sleeps 4. Bedroom 2 will also have a New Mini Split for Spring 2024! A 2nd Full Bath is convenient to both, and has a Tub/Shower Combo.
