One bedroom has a 14" gel memory foam queen bed with a private bathroom boasting a large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower; the second bedroom has two twin beds across the hall from a second full bathroom with walk-in shower.

The second floor offers a large master bedroom with a 14" gel memory foam king bed, television and private bathroom with an oversized bathtub and separate walk-in shower.

The lower level has a ping pong table for non-beach days and a laundry area with a washer and dryer. Tenants may use the left bay of the garage to store personal items.

This property provides a large private landscaped yard. Relax on a spacious, expanded deck including deck loungers, dining table and chairs and a gas grill.

Amenities include: Mini split air conditioning units is all bedrooms, den and living areas, wireless internet, two televisions each equipped with Amazon Firestick, dishwasher, electric range, washer and dryer on the lower level, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, gas grill, outdoor dining table with chairs, and a ping pong table. Please note: the jets in the bathrooms are disabled. Sheets and towels are not provided but may be rented or you may bring your own.

Location: This home is located only 1.5 miles from Nauset Light Beach, 2.5 miles from Coast Guard Beach and one mile from the bike trail on Brackett Road. Coast Guard Beach is on the 10 best beaches in the country. Campground Beach and Great Pond, on the bay side of town, are approximately 2.5 miles away. Orleans center is 5.5 miles away and the Wellfleet Drive-in, Cinemas and Flea Market are about 2.5 miles away. Eastham is also home to The Cape Cod National Seashore with the Salt Pond Visitor's Center over a mile away from this property.
