- One of the top highlights of the home - is the magnificent ROOFTOP TERRACE, which features a large covered dining table for 14 guests where you can enjoy good food and good conversation with your group. Grill up something tasty on the BBQ, and after dinner, relax in the LOUNGE area with a delicious glass of wine or cocktail.

- On the second floor, you will find a TV ROOM, with an armchair and stools so you can enjoy big and small movies and shows.

- The MAIN LEVEL AREA will greet you with a spacious living room featuring a large couch, chairs, comfortable armchairs, awesome artwork, and an electric fireplace.

- A magazine-worthy, fully-equipped KITCHEN with quality appliances and all the extras to prepare any meal of the day, if you wish, and the important extras included, like a coffee maker for your morning kickstart and a blender for your afternoon mixers. You’ll also find a full-sized WASHER & DRYER for convenience.

- For enjoying a sit-down meal, the stylish indoor DINING TABLE can accommodate 10 comfortably, and there are 4 stools at the breakfast bar in the kitchen.

Guest Access:
Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival, to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in.

The house is one of the Roma Sur gems, just a few doors down you can see the house where the Academy Award winner "Roma" by Alfonso Cuarón was filmed. This stunning house between Roma Norte and Condesa, is a perfect base to enjoy the city's most trendy neighbourhoods. With excellent access to public transport, your journey from the Center to the South is a breeze. Indulge in leisurely afternoons with a cup of the finest coffee as you take your pick from a staggering selection of over 75 cafes. And when the sun sets, the options are endless – spoil yourself with a delightful dilemma of over 300 bars and restaurants to choose from.

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 11 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX).
In Colonia Roma, you will find a wide range of public and private transport. It is crossed by main avenues such as Insurgentes and Avenida Álvaro Obregón, where you can board Metrobus, Trolebus and Uber. You also have the option of the Ecobici, which is a public bicycle service, for which you only have to download the "Ecobici" app on your cell phone, pay a fee per month or per year, and you can occupy hundreds of bicycles at various distribution points in the colony.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
-Please note that upon booking, you will receive a link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in.
- Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval only and at an extra cost.
- A crib/Pack ´n Play is available upon request and must be reserved before check-in.
- Guests must climb stairs.
- You may experience typical city noise such as traffic and construction.
