The Space:
The ground floor of the home features the garden, living, dining, kitchen areas, 1.5 baths and two bedrooms.
On the second floor of the main living area you’ll find 4 bedrooms, 3 with en-suite bathrooms and one shared bathroom outside.
Last, through a stair in the garden you’ll find the seventh suite with private bathroom.

La planta baja de la casa cuenta con áreas de jardín, sala, comedor, cocina, 1,5 baños y dos dormitorios.
En el segundo piso de la sala de estar principal encontrará 4 dormitorios, 3 con baños en suite y un baño compartido exterior.
Por último, a través de una escalera en el jardín encontrarás la séptima suite con baño privado.

The Neighborhood:
Beautiful, exclusive and secure. Probably the best part to get to know the pretty views and the joy of living in Mexico City. I personally believe that this area of ​​Polanco is the most beautiful because it has more parks. It’s full of restaurants, shops, galleries, cafes, bars, etc. At few blocks away you'll find the Lincoln Park, ideal for walking, and few steps away is Masaryk Avenue with luxury shops of the major brands.

Other Things to Note:
In rainy season the hammock and the rugs won’t be available.

There's a security guard at night from 10pm - 7am.

**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.

*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).

*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.

En temporada de lluvias la hamaca y las alfombras no estarán disponibles.

Hay un guardia de seguridad por la noche de 22:00 a 7:00 horas.

* Una vez hecha la reservación, no se puede reducir el número de huéspedes o noches. Así como tampoco cambios de fecha.

* En la Ciudad de México no utilizamos calentadores ni aire acondicionado. Te recomendamos estar pendiente del pronóstico del tiempo y hacer tus maletas con la ropa que mejor se ajuste de acuerdo al clima :).

* La Ciudad de México ha presentado cortes en la cantidad de agua en la zona. Ante la posibilidad de desabasto del servicio, estaremos atentos en todo momento.

We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.

Security Deposit
For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.

The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
