The Space:

This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Great amenities are:

Getting Around:

The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis. 18 minutes drive from IND-Indianapolis International Airport. A 10 minutes walk to Indianapolis Station. Next to TJ Maxx and the circle.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:

1. 22 years old for out of town guests

2. 25 years old for local guests



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation und Lage

Excellent hosts, Room not so much.

We have stayed in the building "The Block" a few times and with this Host just in different apartments. We were not impressed with the layout of this unit as it is a penthouse but has NO view, it also has both bedrooms downstairs. The problems are, the thermostat is upstairs and the downstairs bedrooms have limited heat. We had to put the thermostat on 84 just to get the bedrooms in the mid 60's. The kitchen has nice countertops on cheap cabinets. The dishwasher was cheap, loud and only cleaned the dishes on the bottom rock. We got down extra blankets that were in the closet and found them to be stained and dirty. We will DEFINITELY stay at the Block again, and definitely with this Host, as they make everything easy for check-in and checkout, but this specific unit is not one we will stay in again. 5 stars for the Host, 1 star for the unit so I gave this review 3 stars.

Overnight Weekend for a Concert

The unit is in a good location within an easy walk to stadiums and downtown attractions. Overall, the property was fairly clean. The kitchen could’ve used a little more detail. This was a two bedroom 2 1/2 bath unit and there were only three plates of regular size and two small plates in the kitchen. The ceiling on the main floor definitely needs to be painted. It looks like there’s been a water issue or something. Definitely be ready for stairs as the two bedrooms are located 20 stairs down from the main level. The beds were comfortable. A good options for couples or a small family looking downtown but it could be so much better with a little more attention.
