Inside, the living area is furnished with an eclectic orange couch, quirky artwork and an additional grey armchair; and sits alongside a wooden dining table for four. From here, step into a sleek and fully-equipped kitchen that has all the modern appliances including a large fridge, microwave, gas stovetop, oven, dishwasher and all the basic cooking utensils such as pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Nearby is an alcove that can be sectioned off and acts as the TV room, furnished with a futon couch and a wide-screen TV.
When you’re not out exploring the endless dining options on your doorstep, cook up a storm and dine indoors, on your private balcony, or head up to the building’s spectacular rooftop terrace. Please note, guests will not be able to use the terrace BBQ.
A well-sized bedroom offers loads of light through the wall-length windows and has a plush double bed with hotel-quality linen and built-in mirrored wardrobes. A contemporary and pristine bathroom features sleek grey tiling, a comfortable shower and a modern vanity.
Additional luxuries include secure parking for one car, air conditioning and heating, a washing machine, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
