Compass Point 102 - Beautiful home in the Compass Point community at Litchfield by the Sea. Designed in the "Low Country Beach Cottage" style, with two stories and an open porch on the side of the home. This home is across from a freshwater pond with a fountain and very close to the pool. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, this home is custom finished with hardwood flooring throughout, beadboard wainscoting, and plantation shutters. Very nicely furnished and decorated, the main floor features an open floor plan in the dining, living and kitchen areas. The kitchen is fully equipped and has Quartz countertops providing ample space for preparing culinary delights for your family and friends. The master bedroom suite is located on the main level, and the master bathroom has double sinks, and a walk-in shower. The top floor has 2 bedrooms and a hall bath with double sinks and a combination tub/shower. There is an enclosed outside shower on the ground level along with covered parking for two cars. Guests have access to the Compass Point pool and Litchfield by the Sea amenities including tennis/pickleball courts, fishing lake, private access to miles of beach.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.

Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.

Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
