Our stay had several challenges that unfortunately impacted the beginning of our trip.When we arrived late in the evening, we had not received check-in instructions and were unable to reach the property manager. After spending a long time on hold with Vrbo, we ultimately had to book a hotel for the night.Once we were able to access the property the following day, we encountered additional issues with amenities. The Keurig coffee maker provided was broken and still contained old water and the other regular coffee pot was old, and the replacement coffee maker that was later delivered was visibly dirty and arrived late in the evening rather than earlier in the day when it would have been usable. Communication from the property management company was mostly delayed emails, and phone calls and texts were often unanswered.The queen sized bed in the room was also in need of an upgrade and uncomfortable. There was a piece of plywood between the mattress and box spring to make it more firm I assume. The pillows had very little structure.The overall the amenities are in need of updating.Vrbo customer support did assist with partial reimbursement, which we appreciated, but the overall experience was still disappointing given the disruption to the start of our vacation.The property itself was otherwise nice, but the management and guest support could be improved significantly. The best part of the location is that it is almost ski in ski out for a reasonable price.
