Coastal Crab is a Brand New Custom Waterfront Home with an ELEVATOR tucked away on a peaceful Canal, in a very quiet section of the Cove. This lovely home sleeps 6 more than comfortably in 3 Bedrooms - and almost every room has a View! You’ll love relaxing in the Open Living Area and sinking into the oversized comfy furnishings while enjoying Flat Screen TV and Free WiFi. You can take in gorgeous Views in every direction! The open layout at Coastal Crab is just perfect for how we live and entertain today - spend time together without ever feeling crowded. Decorated with a modern, yet breezy, Coastal Flair, you can get no better home-away-from-home than this spectacular home! There is also a convenient Half Bath just off the Kitchen and Living Area.

The Chef in your family will find mealtime a bay breeze in the well-stocked Gourmet Kitchen. With gleaming Quartz Countertops and high-end Stainless Appliances, it’s a Chef’s dream! Grab a quick bite at the Breakfast Bar before hitting the Beach, or dine family-style in the Dining Area. Or take in that salty, sweet sea breeze and dine Al-Fresco at the water’s edge in not one, but TWO Outdoor Dining Areas - on the Waterfront Deck on this level, or down by the Dock at a 2nd Dining Area. Coastal Crab is as much about Outdoor Living as it is about Indoor Living! With multiple Decks on both sides of the house, the Views will WOW you.

Also on the 1st Floor, you’ll find Bedroom 1 - a desirable 1st Floor Master with a King Bed, Flat Screen TV, and Private Access to the Waterfront Deck. Adorned in relaxing grays and nautical navy, with warm wood furnishings, it’s sure to be a restful retreat. Slip out to the Waterfront Deck to stargaze while the rest of the family slumbers - pure paradise. The Private Master Bath has a Double Vanity and gorgeous Custom Walk-in Shower. The Laundry Closet is also conveniently located in the Master Suite, and has a Stacked Stainless Washer and Dryer.

Hop in the Elevator and head upstairs to find Bedrooms 2 and 3, as well as a 2nd Full Bath with Double Vanity and Tub/Shower Combo. Bedroom 2 is Waterfront, and has a comfy Queen Bed. All Bedrooms have Flat Screen TVs! Slip out to the Private Waterfront Deck off Bedroom 2 - curl up with a good book, or just watch Herons, Eagles, and Egrets fish for their morning meal. You can even watch Deer nearby, from this wonderful location where you have Views of not only the Water, but the Wooded Areas, as well! Bedroom 3 is just across the Hall and also has a Queen Bed and Private Balcony. This Balcony overlooks the front of the property, but still has very pretty Views.

As awesome as your stay will be inside Coastal Crab, we can’t wait to tell you how much fun you’ll have playing outside this wonderful home! If you’re not spending time on the upper Waterfront Decks, you’re sure to be trying your hand at fishing or crabbing, right in your own backyard! Two Kayaks are provided for your use - 1 Tandem and 1 Single, along with Life Vests! If you’re a Boater, you’ll love dropping the Boat in at the Cove’s Marina (Fees Apply), and tying up at the Bulkhead behind the house. Our waters are good for all sorts of watersports including jet-skiing, fishing, kayaking, swimming, crabbing, clamming, or simply sunbathing.

Captain’s Cove is loaded with amenities - a Golf Course, Indoor Pool, 2 Outdoor Pools - 1 Bayfront with Tiki Bar, Fitness Center, Playground, Restaurant, and Snack Bar. Guests may purchase Amenity Passes ($15/pp per day or $75/pp per week) for the pools by the day or the week, and must be purchased in advance.- contact us for more information.
